When you believe in the future of BTC base on what you have experienced from BTC bear run and bull run, you will not listen or pay attention to those fake social media video. You can see that many countries are planning to invest in BTC to make it their reserve and some institutions too, because they have carry out some research that made them to believed in the future of BTC.

You are re right, it makes life easier. But if you are emotionally stable, then you can stay around these people and the negative news. Watch in peace and laugh about it. Why? Because we know better. Bitcoin will be stronger in the future, even if there are temporary phases of a drop. There's nothing wrong with reading bad news about Bitcoin and the crypto market. The problem is how do we distinguish the real bad news from the fake news. Fact checking is a must. Social media is full with clickbait fake drama garbage. Just look at most Youtube videos about Bitcoin. Half of them are "BTC will crash to 1K soon", the other half are "Bitcoin will hit 1M soon". We can't just stay in our own "Bitcoin will go to the moon, no matter what" bubble. I can't be 100% sure about Bitcoin price always going up and that the process of BTC adoption will keep going without any obstacles.

The media has since been contaminated scams while the neighborhoods is full of criticisms and discourage when they sees you progressing and due to their skepticism, they fears to take the risk and all they do is trolling around.

we are seeing fake videos, edited pictures, wrong quotes being shared and the worst thing is that a lot of people end up believing these things because they can't be bothered to do some research themselves

we can try to fight these fake news spreading but at the end of the day if they do not want to believe the truth it is up to them

We become more lazy because technology allows us to do so.

The tricks are the same or more sophisticated, but we ourselves are our own detectors of such news / shady details.

The few times I have talked to newbies around me who are willing to invest in Bitcoin, I tell them to look at the long-term picture irrespective of the urge they may get at any point to sell. If after telling them all this they still fall for news circulating on social media, it is on them and not me.

One thing to note is that most of these newbies who are entering the market really lack patience. This is why they are either selling off their assets so quickly or falling for scams. Sometimes these newbies have themselves to blame for whatever they go through in this crypto space.

Well, to an extent you are right in this point of yours, and why I said to an extent is this; if one who is already in the system and have made profits from Bitcoin on several occasions and someone could/can still give him reasons why he/she should stop his/her Bitcoin/crypto related activities and the person stops, that is where you are right, otherwise, the reasons of such a person who regrets his actions of not investing earlier and now sees negativities in Bitcoin related activities is a person who is scared of taking risk in anything he does, and anyone who has benefited from Bitcoin and give heed to his negative talks about Bitcoin is the one with bigger problems.

I think of it more like a vaccination against bad news. So instead of staying away, maybe it is a good thing if you keep hearing the same tired FUD about Bitcoin from people that do not understand nor wish to understand Bitcoin. Eventually you will learn to tune it out and that will become one of your greatest strengths as a Bitcoin hodler. I think avoiding FUD from the fudders is never going to work because they are everywhere. It is like trying to avoid ads, even if you have a great adblocker, eventually you will be confronted with an ad anyway.

The only set of people that are suppose to panic whenever their is a bad news are newbies, people that have little knowledge about bitcoin, but people that have stayed long in crypto space are not suppose to panic whenever their is a bad news in the market.

It’s annoys me when I see people planning to hold bitcoin for long time complaining about dropping. If traders are complaining about bitcoin price movement, then it’s fine, but holders are not suppose to panic whenever there is a drop in bitcoin price. As long as you are planning to hold, then bitcoin price movement is not suppose to disturb you.

With the crypto markets being speculative in nature, people will create all kinds of stories..that includes fake news too in trying to push FUD around and force the weak hands to sell as there aren't enough coins to go around for everyone and there are no rules on how one gets their coins. Stay away or do not stay away from bad news, but everyone needs to go through several price drops and jumps, as they strengthen faith in Bitcoin and helps to ignore sharp price changed. Previously I also reacted sharply on price changes; I was checking Bitcoin price change several times per hour. I think the cost of exchange (I think my first exchange and wallet was coinbase exchange, and they charge $1 for every action despite network fees) plus price change with my little portfolio taught me that its better to hold and dont rush about when prices change.

Price changes are just that - fluctuations. Though it's hard for newbies and it calls for action from their part, usually, the market always moves - down, up, but it may seem for them that if they don't act - they will go -100% or so, so they dip their bags (and they shouldn't).

I was able to double my Bitcoin share. But when I started listening to influencers and damn trading gurus, they began to influence me.
Just like the FUD that constantly comes from telegram channels. You don't need to listen to all this nonsense. Today the expert has one opinion, tomorrow it will be different. You need to rely only on your experience, your knowledge, and then everything will be fine.

People that are still saying negative things about bitcoin can never achieve anything good about the coin, I just usually think that people that are saying bad about bitcoin doesn't have money or invest and they will try to stop some newbie that have not have any knowledge or experience about bitcoin, and some platforms are creating fake websites that will make people deposit in there platforms though bitcoin address and try to convince them that they will get double of there deposit and withdraw there profit. when they scam them they will be thinking is the bitcoin that scam, don't know that is the platforms. We need to be making research about anything that they say to us, so that you will confirm if is true or not. People that have not get experience and knowledge about bitcoin that will be given fake news but what I can says anything you see make research about it first before you conclude and take action.

Nothing is worse than "Bitcoin is dead" news and I mind about any other news or fud rather than that. If Bitcoin has been surviving well from "Bitcoin is dead" news, it won't  die by other news.

Bitcoin is strong and it is not just saying like altcoins and shit tokens but Bitcoin has its long history to prove it. Since 2009, after 16 years, Bitcoin has shown its strong survival against bear markets, fud and government attacks like China Crack down on Bitcoin mining about 5 years ago.

Fake news and videos are everywhere, even if we avoid them, they still pop up on our news feeds.  If we ever encounter negative news about Bitcoin the first thing we must do is verify it.  Instead of panic selling, we must verify and see whether the news is credible or not.

We do not need to keep our distance to people who are negative about Bitcoin especially if they are our friends or relatives.  It is much better to just ignore their negativity while preserving a good connection with them since life isn't only about Bitcoin.  If we may we can explain things to them or ask why they are so negative about Bitcoin.  If we have the knowledge to educate them then teach them why they failed.  If the do not listen then let them be but never sever ties with them just because of a small different point of view.

We have our own minds and we can decide for ourselves, even if they are negative about Bitcoin, it should not affect our social relationship with them.  Bitcoin is always there but in times of trouble, friends and relatives can help us aside from ourselves. 

Who believes in things such as "Bitcoin is dead" these days? I mean, everyone has access to the internet, and everyone can know what's happening in the world with a simple Google search, so I don't think anyone who knows about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies would ever believe in things like that unless they are out of their mind and don't have the ability to understand anything. Such phrases and news pieces used to be very effective and popular around 2019 or before that because people used to believe in them, but now, time has changed.

Every person who knows about cryptocurrencies these days know that Bitcoin is the undisputed king of the market, and that it can't die like that, so those who are trying to spread FUD and say things like that only to make people have fear and possibly get away from the market, need to find some other way to do it now and find new things because this is totally outdated.

Agree yes, bitcoin move at its own pace, it’s not here to satisfy any of our emotions, just let BTC do its thing. We should have a long-term mindset where we believe in bitcoin and its value, but yeah, new folks need to be careful with all the hype news in the social media because it's everywhere, that can 'cause FOMO to them. There are many statements you can see that can definitely control your emotions and way of investing in BTC but you should just trust BTC and let it show to the world its potential. Those news are sometimes opinion biased or maybe manipulation but it always happen, so always be careful and just avoid noises around you.

There are some investors who profit a lot by spreading bad news in the market. Those who do this know very well that Bitcoin is gradually reaching the peak of people's demand. They try to lower the price a little by spreading rumors and at some point when the Bitcoin price corrects a little, they use that opportunity. They get the opportunity to buy Bitcoin at a low price. The most affected are those who are forced to sell their Bitcoin due to various rumors. To overcome such a situation, investors must acquire proper knowledge. I say based on facts and incidents that I have experienced a few years ago and now I have quite subsided with the issue of scam jobs, MLM, and the like.

Yeah, Bitcoin has shrugged off death predictions time and time again, many of them shut their fkin mouth up now. You know, it's been declared dead coin nearly 400 times since 2009 when the correction happened. But every time BTC replied to them strongly, by rose unstoppable. Yes, skepticism and FUD have always been part of the story. But those didn't affect bitcoin at all, those have proved that bitcoin is suitable for any condition. From China's mining ban, exchange ban, to ETF delays have ultimately strengthened Bitcoin.

Many people do not understand or do not want to understand the advantages of using Bitcoin because they have most likely encountered Ponzi schemes in their lives. Their negative experience tells them that they should avoid experimenting with investing in such projects. To explain to such people that Bitcoin is a financial system without any censorship, it is enough to explain in simple terms how this technology works. In order to use the Bitcoin network, they do not need to invest large sums of money. Only by understanding this can Bitcoin be accepted, no matter how negative such people's experiences may have been in the past.

FUD is temporary, BTC rises with or without it, and that's what's great about it - it doesn't need doubters or believers to succeed.

I strongly believe that anybody that knows the value of Bitcoin wouldn't pay any attention to those fake social media videos. Because already there are many people at their, that are always in found of discouraging the new beginners with a lot of fake coins, so is not a new thing anymore. After all they not the ones investing for you. Because once you believe in yourself there is nothing anyone can do or preach about Bitcoin that can change your investment plan from reaching your goal.

Some just don't want to see through what's said on the surface, unfortunately, but I do think that most people already heard so much about BTC that it doesn't mean it has a bad name on it, on the contrary - it's being spoken about with interest and passion by some, big and small, which is good.

We don't need to mourn nothing at all going forward, because clearly, we may of started earlier, but we probably didn't understand and know as much about BTC - thus, it could of ended in a bad situation, but now, everything would go according to our knowledge, expertise, and plans.

They have tried to explain as simply as possible but they still do not understand and the fact is that they are also tech savvy and only believe in local money and not in digital currencies like Bitcoin.
It's useless to explain it, because their mindset will also not be able to be changed, always related to gambling, MLM and the like.

Yes, there are many cases that make them think that bitcoin will die or what, besides because as you said basically the main factor is because of their ignorance of the bitcoin system as a whole. There are many cases of hackers that occur, many frauds that use the name of crypto even though they actually cannot distinguish between bitcoin and altcoin. So when altcoin commits fraud they also think it is the same as bitcoin.

In addition, they do not realize that bitcoin cannot be hacked, what can be hacked are exchangers and wallets if they are not properly maintained. Cases like this make them not believe that bitcoin will last long and assume that bitcoin will die. In fact, bitcoin even though it is hit by many negative issues, some even predict that bitcoin will die, but bitcoin has been able to survive for more than a decade until now, proving that what is reported negatively about bitcoin is not true at all.

There are always negative issues and it is indeed prepared by market manipulators who want the price of Bitcoin to go down then they can buy Bitcoin at a lower price.

Bitcoin makes the mentality of someone who says that Bitcoin will fail so looks stupid and maybe they will turn to Bitcoin.

That is one thing that we know will never happen which is why it is extra annoying to hear this. When bitcoin declines a bit or does not reach an expected price, you will see news saying that bitcoin will die soon and this will be the last we will see of it. LOL. I only laugh because it is ridiculed and time in time again news like that get proven wrong.

Not everything you trust you think another person will believe with too, we have different mindset, what you read and see make you trust bitcoin, but some don't read but just see he will be very difficult the person should trust it. What I mean by read is you study bitcoin by making research about it and you understood and you see the benefits that mean you will definitely trust it. because is real. See mean they see people are losing and getting profits will make them think you will probably lose when you invest on it. In my opinion bad news about bitcoin will be hard to stop because everyday people are investing in other shitcoins and they consider them as crypto and that will always affect bitcoin accept you go for personal research and go through history of bitcoin that is when you will realise that bitcoin is different from others coins.
