Title: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: Coin_info on June 11, 2025, 11:12:44 AM I am not a newbie to bitcoins or investing in it, I have a little knowledge, but I feel bored investing alone, I have no one around me that can relate to my discussions about bitcoins or any other trend in cryptocurrency when I want to have such discussions. I remember that I have an account here, and already had a community of such that I was still searching for. So I here now.
I have benefited from airdrops before, have some little knowledge of trading, not enough knowledge of mining, and then little knowledge too about the other opportunities in bitcoins as well as security of investment. I believe if I become consistent here there will be more for me to learn. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. You are in a right forum for knowledge from basic to advanced and you will also receive a lot of meaningful warnings on risk of scams and wise practice on security and privacy. It is good if you got good money from airdrop distributions in the past but you must wait for best chances to sell those coins or tokens received from airdrop as soon as possible when you have good opportunity for doing this. Don't stick with altcoins for a long time or be addictive with them, because you will have more risk of losing money to altcoins than get more money, and profit from them. Some are good on bitcoin and how it is mine and some good on trading. Of course many have knowledge of airdrops since its the hot take now on web3. If you come here to learn and grasp a few of these then youre in the right place. You just need to scan on which section of the forum where to find it. You arent new so its gonna be easy for you. Welcome. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: lovesmayfamilis on June 11, 2025, 01:14:12 PM Thinking out loud? What prevents you from communicating on various topics with the community, especially sharing your experience? How important is this topic to tell something that is not supported by facts? The forum is always happy to welcome newcomers; go ahead, they will believe everything you say about your knowledge, but the main thing is not to back down from your words, since the forum saves archives, and the entire history of posts is visible in the palm of your hand.

I don't see it as bad, and, in fact, I've given it its first credit because I'm sick of seeing threads in this section that want everything handed to them on a platter. At least this one has a totally different spirit. I share a little bit of your skepticism but for the chances that his post is genuine and he simply wants to introduce himself I think it's worth giving him some encouragement. Since you're only new to this forum and not to cryptocurrency at large, then it is going to be expected of you to also learn on how to live in this amazing community, start by reading to rules and regulations https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0 then also learn form various contributions by members on each board that might be of interest to you, but you must be active, this platform is intended for learning about bitcoin and discussing all that relate to the network, though we also have sections for altcoins discussions as well. You're welcome to bitcointalk. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Somehow I find it normal to feel that way since same as yours I know Bitcoin for long time but I don't have someone to discuss about it since people around me have no idea about it. Good thing that I find this community since on here we can share about almost everything and we get updated on latest happening on Bitcoin also with other altcoins in the market. But if you want you go back on your past activities and learn more from it better go on dedicated boards on those topics you mentioned since for sure that you can learn a lot from the opinion or ideas shared by people. Consistency is important so try to exert more effort to know lot of things since this is so helpful especially if you aim to earn here also on other activities in crypto. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: btcltcdigger on June 11, 2025, 03:27:44 PM This is what i've been telling this "alt accounts" posting here acting all new and shit, this forum is definately not the 1st place you come if you google crypto or bitcoin.
By the time you arrive here, you probably do have, or should have a decent understanding of what btc or crypto in general is, and this place is only to seek more opportunities Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: Awaklara on June 11, 2025, 03:49:29 PM Welcome back, too bad you have no activity in the previous forum. But it's not something to regret, you are now in the community, and you can share your knowledge, you can also seek knowledge in the forum.
Every newbie is not necessarily without knowledge. Every member here also has different motivations. If you don't have people around you who have the same understanding to discuss, it does feel uncomfortable. We can follow their topics, but when we bring up topics that we like, they won't be interested. We have to adjust ourselves. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: rdluffy on June 11, 2025, 04:40:58 PM It's very nice to have more people here
I consider this forum to be the best way to learn about cryptos and it's the best community without a doubt It's quite different from social networks which are too dynamic Nothing like the good old forum with its stored knowledge and easy access Welcome back hehehe I believe that many of us only have this forum to talk to other people about crypto as it can be dangerous to reveal to other people that we have crypto Besides many people still think that crypto is a scam Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: Ishicryptic on June 11, 2025, 05:37:19 PM You are welcome back to the forum, I don't know why you left when you registered but I hope that this time you will stay and join to make quality inputs in the forum. We will be happy to here about your experiences and observations in cryptocurrency since you are not new in the space, some of us can learn something from you likewise you from us. This forum is the best and most organized community to discuss, share information, learn and increase knowledge about crypto related matters, there is never a dull moment here day and night no matter your time zone.
Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: Ruttoshi on June 11, 2025, 06:40:08 PM You already have were you can learn more and communicate with people on your areas of interest in bitcoin but you left and was looking for people outside the forum to discuss about what they might not have a broad knowledge on.
You should explore the information and knowledge in the forum so that you can use it to build yourself and grow your bitcoin investment overtime. You can surf the forum and checkout those boards with the areas that you mentioned in the OP. Welcome back. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. I believe if I become consistent here there will be more for me to learn. Consistency is the key, being consistent as a newbie would increase your knowledge about bitcoin and the crypto space, just like you should have been consistent before you left.Though it's a good thing you found your back to bitcointalk,a unique platform where knowledge is shared.I love the fact that you admitted that you have little knowledge about the crypto industry, meaning you are willing to learn at all cost,my advice to you is to read more and engage in discussions you are conservant with in the crypto space in order to avoid spamming the forum.Your are welcome back to bitcointalk.Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: Maslate on June 11, 2025, 10:44:19 PM There’s always room for greater learning and growth. So just keep on exploring the forum and continue to gain more additional knowledge and insights about crypto. In due time, you will acquire sufficient knowledge and even develop skills and good strategies that will be a lot useful in your future endeavors with the crypto market.
Learning has no end, regardless if there’s a different venue. As long as learning is fueled by passion, then there’s no stopping on it. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: Botnake on June 11, 2025, 11:12:02 PM Welcome to bitcointalk! It’s a good thing that you have acquired already even a little portion of knowledge regarding crypto, that will lead to a clearer understanding about crypto and this forum, of course with eagerness and consistency to keep learning in the forum.
One thing I can advise, always DYOR. Make an extended research most especially on those topics that you find it hard to understand. That way, learning will be smooth sailing then. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: Moreno233 on June 12, 2025, 03:21:13 AM You are in the first and more encompassing community in cryptocurrency. If you go through the various sections of the forum, you will definitely find things that interest you. I will suggest you keep eyes on the WO section as well as the Bitcoin technical board, you will learn a lot from those. There are other sections of the forum like the Economics board where interesting things are discussed, just feel at home and you will enjoy your stay here.
Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: Publictalk792 on June 12, 2025, 05:35:00 AM It is totally normal to feel bored or alone when you are interested in Bitcoin and crypto especially if you do not have anyone to talk about it with. So you were looking for group of people who share your interest and you found right spot.
It is awesome that you already know bit about airdrops and basic trading. World of crypto is huge from mining to different ways to invest and keep your money safe. If you stick around here you will definitely learn more and meet others who love crypto as much as you do. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. I remember that I have an account here, and already had a community of such that I was still searching for. So I here now. I think what you feel is the right thing to find new learning in this forum, but it must also be accompanied by a sense of consistency and curiosity to make it all happen. I think this forum is like a family, where each other is ready to share information by discussing, even if you want to ask something, there are many users here who are ready to help find the answer.I have benefited from airdrops before, have some little knowledge of trading, not enough knowledge of mining, and then little knowledge too about the other opportunities in bitcoins as well as security of investment. I believe if I become consistent here there will be more for me to learn. If you want to learn more about trading, mining, or important information about Bitcoin, in this sector or sub-forum there are various special topics that discuss it, so I suggest you ask or read a lot of things in each section of the forum, because it is more specific to find out what knowledge or informations you will get. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: suzanne5223 on June 12, 2025, 04:28:51 PM Welcome on board.
You do the right thing by joining this forum. The best way to improve one's knowledge or get encouraged in a certain setting is to mingle with a group of people who align with one's purpose and dreams. This is why we have people like Elon Musk, Joe Gebbia, Peter Thiel, Reid Hoffman, etc. Once mingle together, growing, sharing ideas, and shaping each other. This is why these people are among the leading people in the setting they choose. There are a lot of discussions on this forum that you need to go through to improve your knowledge, but right now I will advise you first to read and understand the forum rules. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency. Post by: Natalim on June 12, 2025, 04:58:30 PM Your patience and consistency are the keys to help you understand more about crypto particularly bitcoin, and the forum itself. However, you know it’s an edge for you having prior knowledge and experience about crypto, as you can’t be considered a complete newbie since you have already gathered those basic insights about crypto.
My only suggestion is, just keep your patience and do your due diligence to learn. This bitcointalk forum is a perfect community for you, especially that you have the passion and momentum to keep going on crypto. Good luck and welcome to the forum! In this community, you can get a better explanation of all the experience you talked about, just identify the correct boards and topics you need to engage in. Just one thing I want to share with you. The internet forum is full of good and bad people. While some people will encourage you to be more active and learn something new, others will question your purpose of being on the forum. Even though you already explained why you came to this forum, some people may accuse you as an account farmer if you grow too fast. So, I would suggest that you keep exploring the forum and learn how it is. Since you have some ideas already, I don't think it would be too hard for you to learn the rest things. Good luck with your forum journey. Title: Re: New to a community, but not new to cryptocurrency.
