Just some advice, avoid moderated threads as a service provider as this tends to paint a picture of you not wanting others to see what you don't like and other members don't contribute on such threads as they avoid deletion of their posts after sharing what's on their mind.

Do the No KYC part is 100% no KYC or you have the rights to ask KYC to players anytime due to your license?

About the No-KYC tag, you have a policy (https://chilistakes.com/en/info/kyc) that allows you request KYC if you deem it necessary, which is standard with a lot of other casinos. That is not a zero KYC platform and should not be marketed as such.

I think regarding the KYC aspect it will be a very much helpful to ensure that players can enjoy some certain features without too much of extra expensive verification, however I hope the withdrawal or compliance are of good regulation right? I think what I'm seeing now you might requires some KYC documentation, and lately I was having some little problems when trying to access the site I think due to some geo-restrictions hope it will be taking care of soon?

From the conversations here on the forum and with the representatives my opinion is that they really are no KYC platform for crypto only gamblers. I agree it would be better if it was clear in T&C. Same thing goes for VPN friendly. So far nobody came complaining about either causing a problem so I hope it will continue to go smoothly in the future as well.

They have fiat part of the site that is different story but that isn't discussed here and most of don't care about it probably.

I made an account a while ago, and after making an account, I saw a little bit of everything. Finally, overall, I liked everything about the website.

I haven't seen it yet, but I will play the game on this project and try to see how fast the deposits and withdrawals can be made and what the customer service is like. I have one thing to say to you: If you give a little more priority to customer service, then the trust in the project's identity will increase.

Above all, if you want to run a signature campaign, there are many reputable managers on the forum through whom you can do so. I believe I am mentioning the names of a few managers. In the thread they're mentioned no-KYC for Crypto user. I check the KYC policy, the policy was for "FIAT", yes they have KYC policy but they making the highligt "KYC Policy - FIAT". So, could be effected on FIAT only.

Need to find out, until there has some case or not especially for crypto user.

They didn’t explicitly mention which countries are restricted, but since they have an Anjouan license then you can assume that all countries prohibited by that licensor won’t be able to access their website. You can check the list on any other website that is licensed by the same authority.

That’s correct, but on their terms of service page they said they may ask users to pass KYC and they didn’t specify whether this applies only to fiat users only or also to crypto users.

Is your country among the FATF restricted countries? That's the closest to a list of restricted countries on the website as they mentioned that all on the list cannot access the casino.

If you can access most other casinos, your region is likely not on the list, but you can check to be extra sure. The list changes from time to time.

IMO, it's either KYC casino, or NO KYC casino. Nothing in the middle. That fiat thing is confusing a lot of users including me. I hope chilistake would address to our queries.

Yes, there may be a KYC system or no KYC. It can be used, but I don't understand how he mentioned the Fiat thing here. I think he made a mistake. Although I don't know if he made a mistake, let's see the comments.

If "he" refers to ryzaadit, he did not make a mistake because he said something based on what is written in the KYC policies page. What I can assume here is why the KYC policy page use "fiat", maybe chillistake was purely fiat casino before they started to add crypto currencies as payment method. However, we should not hope too much even if casino claim themselves as No KYC casino because once a casino is licensed, there will be always a chance for the casino to request KYC from their players.

I will advise that you quote reply rather than replying one for one, as that would likely be misinterpreted as spamming here, as the platform frowns at it. Maybe next time you could do that to avoid having issues here.


After reading the above stanza of your terms and conditions of services, on restriction, I was curious to know more about your casino's restricted nations, as I see here on this thread you mentioned your casino to be a vpn friendly casino, so how come you could make such statement on your ToS and come here to say you are vpn friendly? What if a gambler uses a vpn to access your casino based on what they had seen here on your official thread, and they ignored reading your ToS, and they have issues with your casino with regards to their region, meanwhile, you have it here as vpn friendly, what would be the outcome of such a situation?

Yes, we have a FIAT section too, but making it straightforward for our Crypto Peppers means no KYC if you interact only with cryptocurrencies and not mix deposits/withdrawals with Fiat.

You can even hold crypto on Chili in our multicurrency wallet, it will gain more value 100% than holding, for example EUR, or USD, or ... Or just any other infinity money, bit(F)inity :)

Of course, since I have made a new account here, I should check how the deposit and withdrawal section is. Since I have also made a new account here, I do not know how smooth the deposit and withdrawal system is. You should bold that last statement in your ANN. Since you can clearly see, people like us are confusing between "fiat kyc" and "crypto no kyc" terms...my two sats

Hope this will be something real or not just a marketing gimmick because there are many other casinos with similar claims "no kyc for crypto players" but in the end, crypto players are also asked to undergo KYC especially for special cases only.
Now the question for Chillistakes, is it guaranteed that crypto players will never be asked for KYC or there will be still an exception for special cases like huge withdrawal amount?

You were right at that point, dude, and @tropo also testified, and because he said it was a huge impact for other gambling casinos to trust, and I was one of those. This is also the case with the transparency of a casino.

And many more gamblers do not want MA KYC in a casino, which is what I see that it is properly practiced by this chilistakes correctly,

I just won't agree with your explanation regarding the self-moderated announcement thread. The announcement thread is treated like a public discussion thread. So users will share their experience on this thread. And you shouldn't moderate it anyway. Discussion would go positive or negative about your platform. If it went negative, how do we know you haven't deleted it? I know there would be some spam; if it's pure spam, you can report it to moderators. They will handle it accordingly.

You’re absolutely right: an announcement thread should be a place for open discussion, both good and bad. No arguments there.

If we’re being 100% transparent (which we always aim to be), we’ll admit it: we made the thread self-moderated by mistake. We were launching in turbo mode and ticked the wrong box - classic rookie move. Unfortunately, once it’s set, it can’t be changed back. My mistake, and hopefully nobody from my management will see this, but I've been a bitcoin maximalist for years and now I've landed a job working on this forum... I was upset  :o :o

But rest assured: we’re committed to using it properly. None of the genuine posts (not spam) will be touched. Negative reviews won’t get deleted. In FACT, they help us improve and fix things on our side faster.

Mistakes do happen but if you ask me, I don’t think it’s a big deal. The most important thing is that you don’t take advantage of it to delete comments you don’t like or censor users who criticize your casino.
Anyone can see how many posts have been deleted and how many users were affected.

I’m not sure about this, but I believe I’ve read somewhere that there is a way to remove self-moderation from a topic after it has been set. I’ll try to look for that information and report back here.

I do not think there is a way to remove or terminated self moderation from a thread you created to be self moderated, if there was, I believe the information would have been circulated well enough that most active forum users would have come across it and learn how to do it..

But all the same, please do report is later you found out it's possible to turn a self moderated thread into mod moderation..
This like you said isn't really a big deal so long as the op does not start deleting forum users comment when the user posts something the casino do not like, this is the only time the self moderated thing becomes a really big deal and most of us may begin to consider the casino to be a scam, because it's only scam casinos that do not like to take criticism.

I don't think there's a way to change it, but I will definitely look into it. As I said, pinky promise we WON'T delete any comments, except for some spammy ones, but by spammy I don't mean bad reviews.


We do like criticism, and we are open to discuss anything, anytime. It's more about how we handle those bad reviews—since we are naturally born with different visions and thoughts. But you know, I cannot count a bad review, for example, when a player says: 'Why isn't it an instant withdrawal?' And the withdrawal takes about 36 seconds to arrive and be visible on the chain, and then those users are complaining.

All of those comments will be kept, and in the end, you will see how transparent we are and how simple and easy it is to operate when you are 100% honest and open, just as we were and always will be.

Actually, there is a way to change it. I was certain I had read somewhere it was possible and how to do it. So, I tested it yesterday after posting my previous comment and it worked.
What you need to do is to move the self-moderated topic to the Meta (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0) board then move it back here.
Topics on Meta can’t be self-moderated. So, when you move this topic there, self moderation will be removed automatically.
Not sure if you are really interested in doing this or if there is a real need to do it, though!

Now I feel stupid! I have been on this forum for 2-3 years, I guess, and I never needed to create a self moderated topic and didn’t even know how to create one. I believe you will follow what you promise to the community. Your honesty would bring your platform to more heights. I will advise always evaluating the feedback from your users. Because they will know the practical issues when gambling on your platform. Good to know you admitted your mistakes, though it's not a really big deal. But you seem polite and professional enough yet.

I believe your marketing team is working hard to expand your platform worldwide. More visibility will bring more potential gamblers, but it needs to be in the right places. Also, you have to focus on always developing more new and interesting games that attract more gamblers. I believe your team is dedicated to pushing your platform to the next level.

one of the things I liked about your posts here in this section dude, in which it shows that you are really serious about what you are doing here and that you are doing everything to improve

I hope you will not change and continue this attitude that you are showing, because for sure in the end your players will support and love you so that they will come back again and again

I honestly have seen more than enough in this crypto space to make me not to outrightly believe any thing developers and service owners or management of a platform says, until i see such backed with actions, and actions must be exactly inline with what was said or promised, reasons being because I've seen or witnessed more than enough fake promises, false hopes, cheap talks, no actions to back up claims etc.

Just wanted to drop by and say the Customer Support at CS definitely not seagulls, real humans; while I had an annoying issue that I had to wait for a little while, and do things together with the support online, it eventually led to a solution. Oh, and kept me informed nicer than most would. Probably one of the better 30 mins I spent online with support, so good job Kennan!

Feels good to read someone say nice things concerning a casino's customer support, such is not very common or not always common as most gamblers are mostly in a hurry to have their issues responded to and resolved that most times, they fail to realize that the customer support personnels are human beings too who may have other important things they have to attend to in real life which is good reason why they can't spend 24 hours online every day.

I don't know who this customer support is but I hope he or she is reading, keep it up, it's not very common around here to read someone talk about about a casino's customer support, so I charge you to keep up the work by contributing what you can to see this casino grow.

I've worked in service before (a great many decades ago ho ho) and it's not necessarily in your power to provide solutions -- even more so with tech and software. Errors and bugs in casinos probably crop up for specific players doing specific things. Doesn't always help to rush and expect things to get fixed. It is a fine line though; I'm sure many operators like customers who just give up or don't apply pressure so there are times you need to mean business.

It does make a difference to have real people behind that support, able to receive and respond with empathy. Win, win.
