Title: [Resolved]Shuffle.com withdrawal funds 13 days-Present not withdrawed

I knew this gambling site to an Influencer that recommended it to me cause they said shuffle.com is like same to stake.com im a regular gambler in stake.com but there limit to there bets are getting worse and worse when i do daily live sports bet so I tried to find a new gambling website which I found this one I tried it out deposited a few hundred dollars and tried it out to bet on Cricket, Nba and Baseball so in my first weeks ye i've been getting lucky in the first few days done my first withdrawal and left some to play in shuffle also lost it again in a day depositing again so that goes on like a week like depositing and withdrawing funds so I dont know if they saw that suspicious. But im just a guy who tries to withdraw some cash and also wants to continue gambling if I lost some funds in shuffle. Now i bet big on this NBA event which is the finals and it happens to won did some Cricket live bets also won after that i was satisfied with my winnings excited to withdraw this and treat my friends and family to somewhere but this happens ive withdrawed my funs waited for it and it was taking so long i thought it was just a normal thing in shuffle so i waited i went to sleep woken up still in review now i contacted support through email they said so I asked them why is my withdrawal funds still in review waited for the reply for like 24hrs and they said we will review it and send to the compliance team waited for 2 days so by that I got an email telling me to submit a document for the LVL 4 verification which is Proof Of Address I submited a government issued proof of address to them they accepted  I was excited that it was accepted but then comes a new problem after the successful verification of proof of address I emailed them that i have completed it and they said they will send a message to the KYC/compliance team waited again for 24 hours sent a new message and they said still in review so I waited Keep telling them whats the update day after the other this has been going on for more than 14 days until now I message them everyday for an update they reply in like 10-12 hours saying its still in review so now im really upset that it takes this long to review my withdrawal which didnt happen to me in stake im posting this to tell any of the shuffle.com players there to be aware on the site I hope they will be done on reviewing my withdrawal and give me my funds. And I hope they'll see this and resolve my problem. My username in shuffle is "Xtimown"

What is the update of the case? Is it resolved or it is still in process? Of it is stillin progress then betteremail them or contact with the forum representative. For beinv late i think it hashappened as there is sonethibg wrong and they are not able to find out the reason too fast.

He actually made an update (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5547853.msg65521091#msg65521091) the very next day after creating this scam accusation stating that his issue was resolved.

The "review" of OP's account and KYC documents took about 2 weeks, but he kept asking them almost daily to have his issue resolved. Glad that the issue waqs worked on though it took a little long.

Hey bro I had the same thing happen to me I’ve been waiting for my withdrawl for over 8 days now and I’ve messaged customer support multiple times verified my account fully and they keep telling me compliance team is reviewing it. They stopped me from messaging support from the app and now I can only email them. I hope they can send me my withdrawl as it’s a good amount of money and I don’t want to lose my money. My user is faizanc1738.

They stopped me from messaging support from the app and now I can only email them. I hope they can send me my withdrawl as it’s a good amount of money and I don’t want to lose my money. Maybe wait for some time as the compliance team is reviewing it. Sending the messages every other day won't speed up anything apart from maybe having your emails getting marked as spam

Give it maybe a couple of weeks and then you update as here.
