Just wanted to ask if anyone else here’s had problems with Rollbit recently. My account got restricted out of nowhere, with a decent balance stuck on there (around $20K USD). They’re claiming "AML concerns" and telling me "list all the accounts you use". I only have one account. I’ve been getting the same copy-paste replies from support over and over, and their compliance is a brick wall. I’ve offered to verify myself, send whatever documents they need, but they keep dodging. Starting to feel like a scam at this point. Anyone else been through this with them? Or know the best way to get them to actually respond properly? Would appreciate any advice. Cheers. Based on your first screenshot it seems you have agreed that there is few accounts of you but based on your starting post there is no alt account of you. They may check several ways whether you have multi accounts or not.

For some reason this is the standard procedure of Rollbit when they found a connection on your account to other account regardless if it’s really you or connected via common IP if you connect on public IP with same Rollbit player. This issue is very hard to resolved and need to seek arbitration services from Askgambler or Casinoguru. Mentioning @holydarkness here. This will add to your Rollbit collection case with multiple account tag. :D |
