You didn't explain in detail, but what I know is, if you have assets on the CEX platform, all assets even the wrapped versions will be counted as the native ones. You can easily withdraw your Litecoin (LTC) without having to swap it first. So you shouldn't have any problems here.

Can you please detail the problem you are having, as we know that coinbase is centralized and their rules and policies on their platform are really strict.

Then again, you can also ask coinbase support how you can withdraw or swap the assets you have on their platform.
And I also think that it is not a big problem and you can fix it right away.

Why are you even getting base LTC in the first place? ::)
Litecoin is one of those OG coins that have the lowest transaction fees. What was the point of acquiring baseLTC which could even be a scam.

Can you share the contract address before we waste anytime here?

https://coinmarketcap.com/en/currencies/coinbase-wrapped-ltc/ is this what you mean? a wrapped LTC in base blockchain by coinbase pegged 1:1?
honestly if it's the right coin I don't understand how to bridge to native LTC or even if bridge like that exist, what I know is that this coin just pegged 1:1 on base to represent LTC so people can trade it there. Maybe convert it to stablecoin and buy real LTC instead in CEX.

It depends on where the token is located. If it's within coinbase, then it should easy for OP to swap to another coin or token. If it's in a noncustodial wallet, then he can try out this couple of trading pairs in this platforms
1. https://aerodrome.finance - https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/aerodrome-slipstream/
2. https://pancakeswap.finance - https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/pancakeswapv3-base/

The volumes are very laughable, though. It shows how unpopular it is.
