Title: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! RESOLVED Post by: bamhamer on July 10, 2025, 11:02:46 AM hey there,
I registered here because google showed me that there is a multitude of complaint threads about BC.game on here and I hope somebody is able to help me. short description of my problem: I registered with BC.Game in 2024 because they were one of the only online crypto casinos that accepted german users. I deposited and withdrawn money many times without any problem up until around 2 weeks ago when they suddenly suspended my ability to withdraw. then the customer support told me I have to complete "advanced KYC" to be able to withdraw again which I wanted to do immeditetaly but then he gave me a document which stated I am not able to complete "advanced KYC" as a german citizen. First I thought this is a Joke since I read the TOS when I signed up with BC.GAME but after a bit of research Ive learned that BC.GAME changed their license issuer at the end of 2024 from Curacao to Ajoun without me knowing it and now im apparantly not alloed to use their service anymore. I explained this situation to the customer support and he told me to contact "recovery@bcgame.com" which I immediately did and provided them with everything they asked for just to receive a PC generated response and nothing more (see attached files) Im hesitant to contact them again via email because the said in the beginning they reserve the right to close your case at any time if you "spam" them. But I contacted the online customer support today again to ask if theres any update just to be told that they wont talk to me since Im from Germany. I get the feeling that they just want to keep the funds and get rid of me... I hope somebody can help me getting my funds off BC.Game. https://i.postimg.cc/Jy718nYy/chat1.jpg (https://postimg.cc/Jy718nYy) https://i.postimg.cc/bG6qwh4m/chat2.jpg (https://postimg.cc/bG6qwh4m) https://i.postimg.cc/zyFJ4W7Z/email.png (https://postimg.cc/zyFJ4W7Z) Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! Post by: BenCodie on July 10, 2025, 12:41:04 PM You were probably getting scammed, until you came to post your complaint here. BC.game have a reputation of freezing accounts and waiting for the user to publicly complain before they take any actions to constructively resolve the issue (if there even was a legitimate issue to begin with). Other casinos also do this, though bc.game is reportedly the worst by far.
holydarkness will be here to help you soon (and probably also to criticize my comment and I). Holydarkness converts complaints to positive reputation for bc.game by doing the public relations for them, swooping in to save the day for players almost 100% of the time, helping you to resolve the issue by being the contact between you and bc.game :) Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. I already sent holydarkness a DM in hopes that he can help me. its actually a pretty sad situation since I actually liked BC.GAMES a lot and never had any issues with withdrawals before not even after they apparently changed their license issuer. But telling me that I am not able to withdraw because they don't allow German players anymore all while telling me the wont assist me any further since Im from Germany is so scummy. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! Post by: Shishir99 on July 10, 2025, 02:04:50 PM I have been criticizing the Bc game for a long time for their shitty customer support. I have said this multiple times before, and I am repeating this: if there were no holy darkness, there would be hundreds more unresolved cases. It is good to have someone like Holydarkness in the community who steps up and helps these innocent players. I cannot think what the user's fault is in this case. When the user registered his account, he was allowed to play on BC game.
They changed their license and no longer accept players from Germany. So, it was their job to inform the existing players that they didn't accept players from Germany anymore. They should have allowed the players to withdraw their remaining balance and given them a grace period before they applied the changes. This is a pretty interesting case. I would love to see what the BC game says about it. Also, I assume the OP is not the only victim. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! That's okay, sorry about your situation and I wish you luck with getting your funds back as soon as possible. In the future, I'd recommend having searching into the history and reports of a platform. I aim to avoid any website that has valid complaints or scam accusations, even if resolved. If it happened to someone else, it can happen to you (though I do understand that this is not a first thought when a platform is already working normally for you). It is in line with their overall shady practice to block your withdrawals and decline you of further assistance, whilst not giving you any notice that this would happen because German players are no longer allowed to use the platform. It's likely that bc.game will make a profit from those who do not come here and complain about their funds being confiscated, as it is highly unlikely that all players involved will seek external support to have their withdrawals unblocked. It amazes me that bc.game are still able to operate without scrutiny and with a positive trust rating on this forum (and allowed to advertise elsewhere), though I suppose that's where deep pockets can get even shady practices. I have been criticizing the Bc game for a long time for their shitty customer support. I have said this multiple times before, and I am repeating this: if there were no holy darkness, there would be hundreds more unresolved cases. I would love to see what the BC game says about it. Also, I assume the OP is not the only victim. Even with holydarkness, it's almost a certainty at this stage that there would hundreds or thousands of players who accept bc.game's judgement to suspend their account/confiscate their coins and accept the loss, due to a variety of reasons, like language barrier, confusion/misunderstanding of the situation, accepting they did something wrong when they didn't, general depression/incapacity to fight, possibly some cases relating to age (I'm sure are gamblers who are minors and can't do KYC), lack of care for the amount (people might not fight over $1 - $1000, depending on the person), privacy concerns (people who generally don't do KYC), and many other factors would deter one from raising a complaint publicly. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! Post by: dimonstration on July 10, 2025, 02:42:15 PM Do you have copy of their old ToS that doesn’t include your country compared to the current ToS that already restricted your country. Casino should inform user for important like this since no one read the ToS regularly.
Stake does have a pop-up notification if ever they change some of their terms. I believe there’s some website that archive casino info. Maybe @holydarkness has access on this kind of tool. Casino should inform user for important like this since no one read the ToS regularly. I just checked the BCgame ANN thread and found that someone had quoted the list of restricted countries from BCgame terms page. Anyways why anyone is now allowed to play on bc.game in brazil ? I do not see the Brazil in restricted jurisdictions mention in the 5.2 clause at the terms service (https://bc.game/help/terms-service). Maybe if there is any update to this list ? Quote 5.2. JURISDICTIONS. Persons located in or residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France, Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St Martin, USA (the ”Prohibited Jurisdictions”) are not permitted make use of the Service The post was made in the October month of last year. Germany wasn't listed as the restricted country during then. It was the responsibility of the BCgame team to inform the users about the update of the terms, especially about the change of restricted countries. OP deserves to receive his full account balance as BCgame team hasn't informed him. Hopefully, 'holydarkness' will manage to help OP to get his funds without any drama. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! Post by: holydarkness on July 10, 2025, 07:58:18 PM I want to ask for your UID, but that's already shown on your image [you forgot to cover it on the first screenshot]. Do you remember how much fund you have in your account and how much you deposited and withdrawn?
I can't promise you much, but maybe I can get them to get your deposits back. For the winnings and loses, I believe it has to be voided since it'll be considered won and lost from restricted jurisdiction. Hence, maybe, maybe, I can get the deposits back [I'll try to get more if I can], but I'll try to get what remains in your acccount, "legally" [namely the deposit minus the withdrawn, with both wins and loses voided. And uhh... suppose there is a need to upload images in the future, mind to upload them through talkimg (https://talkimg.com/), bitte? It'll greatly shorten my effort to understand your situation. Am I getting scammed?! Post by: AHOYBRAUSE on July 11, 2025, 01:23:04 AM Same old, so glad I am gone from this crappy site. As a fellow German (even though I am not living there) I can confirm that before the change of license (which happened because a court in Curacao deemed BC to be bankrupt) they definitely accepted Germans, without any problem. Back then I asked the support myself and confirmed it. Changing the license and their TOS they should have informed their players about those changes, so they have to acknowledge the new TOS. Since I was still a member back then I don't recall ever getting such information. The license change was just the beginning of the end anyway. The cut bonuses, raised the house edge for originals, implemented bonus payments in installations, all within a couple of weeks. And as we know now they also changed their TOS without providing any info. Sad to see how many players have trusted this site (and still do) just to be kicked in the ass in the long run. Yes! I noticed that I forgot to cover my UID in one of the uploads. my current account balance is: 4987,9279USDT plus 587USDT in pending bets I made 2 deposits on 5.14.2025 and 5.25.2025 over 2000,28USDT and 999,96USDT I made no withdrawals since then. as to my uploads: I will definitely use talkimg.com going forward but unfortunately it seems I cant implement the pictures in my posts yet since I need to level up first before its allowed on here... I greatly appreciate your help holydarkness! Same old, so glad I am gone from this crappy site. Back then I asked the support myself and confirmed it. hey Ahoybrause! thanks for another confirmation! and yes, i never got an email or a pop up that made me accept the new TOS. I was completely oblivious to it up until 2 weeks ago when they suddenly confronted me with it after suspending my withdrawal. BTW: If anybody has any suggestion for me where I can bet on sports with crypto as a German without getting into such troubles I would greatly appreciate it! Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Post by: AHOYBRAUSE on July 11, 2025, 01:49:23 AM BTW: If anybody has any suggestion for me where I can bet on sports with crypto as a German without getting into such troubles I would greatly appreciate it! Tricky. Most sites don't allow new members from those areas. Stake for example, for whatever reason, still allows German players that have old accounts. Only if you are creating a new account there will be a problem. Obviously also IPs from banned regions are an issue, yet I have never had problems with using a VPN, this is not an advise to use one though, just saying I never had an issue. My account on stake is still registered with my German address, never changed it cause my host said it's not necessary. Yet all my logins are from Japan so they know I am not in German anyway. So if you still have and old stake account, that is also verified (important) you can place your bets there. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! Post by: bamhamer on July 11, 2025, 01:53:31 AM unfortunately stake limited my account pretty quick. afaik thats common for sports betting on there at least I was told that from several other users.
most of the time I could wager not more than $5 on a bet so stake is unfortunately worthless to me... Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! I assume most licensed casinos do not allow players from Germany anymore. In such cases, you have to look for some real web3 casinos. Your betting activity will be on-chain. No accounts, no bullshit. Just connect your wallet to the website and place your bets. Once you win the bet, the funds will be directly credited to your wallet. I know a real web3 casino which is https://www.betswirl.com/. No account, no KYC, not hassle. I think general Web2 players won't like Web3 casinos. I don't like Web3 casinos because each time I place a bet, I have to confirm the bet by spending some gas fees. Imagine you are playing dice, and every time you place a bet, Meta Mask asks you to approve the transaction. But this is an ideal casino for sports bettors. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! Post by: bamhamer on July 14, 2025, 10:41:15 AM quick update:
the "recovery team" responded today to my last email unfortunately I just got the same computer generated answer I already got again. At this point I can only warn people to ever use BC.GAME they aren't willing to help you in any way in a legitimate case all the do is keep your money if they see it fitting... Is there any higher up of BC.GAME active on here who can be contacted otherwise HOLYDARKNESS is probably my only hope. https://talkimg.com/images/2025/07/14/UAdwFG.png Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Or were you using VPN? Actually, this notification can't be 100% trusted, at least that's how it was for me. When accessing bc.game from my home IP (Japan) I got this message as well, even though Japan is not a restricted area. They then advised me to use bc.nz (which now no longer works apparently). For the longest time bc.game always worked with my IP, just at some point it didn't and I had to use the mirror site. So yeah, for that reason these notifications are a bit off I think. Or were you using VPN? No I didnt get the pop up since the the opera vpn is always active in my browser. I just read the the old TOS again and it says: 5.2. JURISDICTIONS. Persons located in or residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France, the Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Martin, and the USA (the "Prohibited Jurisdictions") are not permitted to use the Service. For clarity, these restrictions on engaging in real-money play apply equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions, including manipulating information used by BC. GAME to identify your location or providing false or misleading information about your location or residence, is a breach of this Agreement. this doesn't explicitly prohibit the use of a VPN unless you want to "circumvent these restrictions" which I didn't want nor did I have to since Germany wasn't restricted! PS: I just tried to access my account without a VPN and yes I get a pop up window which you can easily click away and use the account normally INCLUDING deposits and placing bets. This got to be the most misleading, scummiest tactic Ive ever come across to fck over your customers, hands down. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! Post by: bamhamer on July 15, 2025, 08:29:09 AM The total balance of my account is now 6112USDT
The absolute minimum I want is my 3000USDT deposit back and there should be no discussion about that to begin with imho. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! Yes, I do. I think we're kinda have a verdict of your situation, though I am not sure if what they deliver to me is their final decision or their opinion that's open for discussion. Basically, I inquired an archive of 2024 ToS from them, the full version, like the one we can see when we visit their ToS page, to see if it did doesn't cover VPN. Their explanation, practically, there's not much they can do if the user used VPN. They've give their best to inform people following the updates of restricted jurisdiction. Not just with a pop-up of "we update our ToS, please check them", they actively restrict access from restricted territory as I simulated above. Suppose the player did not in constant VPN, the player will get this block message, they've give their best to make sure affected region is well informed. However, for the case of those who constantly masking themselves with VPN, they can't force such information as it's out of their hand. The choice is yours when you choose to be in constant VPN, thus missed. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! The choice is yours when you choose to be in constant VPN, thus missed. Which means they keep my deposits too? how is this justifiable? Your case (having funds confiscated for using a VPN) is another case that proves that bc.game will scam for any amount for any reason. According to security.org (https://www.security.org/vpn/statistics/), 29% of personal internet users use a VPN. I am sure that statistic is higher when it comes to people who use cryptocurrency, though lets say that is also 29%. That means that an average of 29% of all players who do not read the bc.game TOS will be subject to losing their bitcoin or cryptocurrency if they use bc.game. This is added on top of the sudden country restriction and common KYC scamming tactic (where users can play and lose, though lose their deposit and winnings if they win and do not comply with excessive KYC requirements, which sometimes people do not want to or can not complete). As I mentioned earlier, bc.game is a serial scamming operation that finds any reason to lock accounts and balances. A new complaint is made about bc.game almost daily, and there would be many more who are incapable of defending themselves who would lose their funds to them and their tactics, or accept the verdict because they do not know what else they can do. They also have an army of users here who will do and say anything to discredit anyone who points out this fact, and try to hurt credibility of those actively pointing out bc.game's malpractice. Please stick around on the forum to help raise awareness for the bc.game scam. More public action will be taken against them in the future. The only thing you can do now is fight against them by raising awareness in an effort to end the bc.game scam that has both corrupted members of this forum and gone on for too long. I am sorry that you lost such a large amount with bc.game. In the future, don't trust any entity that has even a single scam complaint against them. Unfortunately that will be most crypto casinos. Post by: Rating Place on July 20, 2025, 08:57:01 AM I want to ask for your UID, but that's already shown on your image [you forgot to cover it on the first screenshot]. As a fellow German (even though I am not living there) I can confirm that before the change of license (which happened because a court in Curacao deemed BC to be bankrupt) they definitely accepted Germans, without any problem. Back then I asked the support myself and confirmed it. hey Ahoybrause! thanks for another confirmation! and yes, i never got an email or a pop up that made me accept the new TOS. Have you tried complaining to Betby (the odds provider for BC Game) directly?
Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! Post by: holydarkness on July 29, 2025, 03:30:18 PM OP, I heard from my contact that your account has been unlocked in withdrawal-only mode to let you drain all the balance, and will be locked right after. Kindly check and confirm if you've regain temporary access to your account and please withdraw everything, as it'll be permanently locked.

Given the newest developments I hope I don't have to, but even if I have to contact them I don't think they would care nor be able to do anything... And yes, the convo was really "helpful and customer oriented"... Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! Hopefully they'll still accept and grant it. Please stand by so you can immediately get into your account once [if] they allow and unlock, so you can drain it, because my contact sure second time is pushing, and third time is impossible. But they assured me that [if] once opened, you should be good for the next 24 hours, perhaps even 48. I'll nudge you once my contact reach me with the news of your account, but I'll only be back to the forum in 6 hours or so. I'll PM you again once the account opened and I don't see you being online, just in case you went under again. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! I'll settle for you to mark it as resolved [edit the opening post and add word "resolved" or its equivalent] and lock the thread [button to lock is at the bottom left side of the page] in place of sending me a tip. That'll be enough for me. I'm here just to help. Title: Re: BC.GAME withdrawal suspended. Am I getting scammed?! When you get a chance, can you update the subject title (in the first post) to add the word "RESOLVED"? This is just a customary practice to let others browsing the Scam Accusation board that your issue has been taken care of. |
