This is an interesting approach from a casino. I mean, you really understand the market demand for VPN-friendly casinos that support customer privacy without requiring KYC. Anyway, Playz.bet doesn't have any gambling license and they have clearly mentioned about 'No-KYC' in their terms with this clause: "KYC is never required". But the terms of Playz.bet is incomplete. There aren't enough information in their terms. Moreover, they should mention the name of some countries in the terms where unlicensed casinos are strictly prohibited.

The "no wagering requirement" clearly doesn’t apply to the 300% deposit bonus. Otherwise it would be too good to be true, as you said. Otherwise, anyone could just make a deposit, claim the bonus, then immediately withdraw 4x his initial deposit.
As far as I can see, the initial deposit has a 1x wagering requirement while the 300% match up bonus has a 40x requirement.
They need to make their rules more clearer and, most importantly, make them easily accessible to everyone.

The casino has no license which is the reason why they don’t ask KYC. This casino is good for privacy seeker but the no license is always a cons for online gamblers that seek established casino.

Getting an operating licence often means that they may have to abide by the regulations. This includes setting up KYC/AML policies. On the other side, no licence means the clients could get exposed to fraud in case things go south.

I think when one chose to go the no KYC route, it becomes a game of trust. There are genuine services that do not have those licences, and they have built trust over the years.

Maybe they want to attract users of Rollbit with the design and 'No-KYC' slogan. This type of copy design indeed creates a bad impression among the gambling community.

They aren't really the first casino with the 'No-KYC' policy. But you will rarely find any casinos to mention anything like this "KYC is never required" in their terms page. I have seen a lot of casinos to advertise as 'No-KYC' and 'anonymous' platforms, where their terms are the same as most other casinos with normal KYC verification rules.

It can't be a coincidence, right? I also saw these similarities. Rollbit is a well known casino platform, so surely they (Playz) intentionally copied some of the elements from them. I'm aware of this already. And I have already pointed out this in some other casinos ANN thread who are advertising with such slogans. The KYC related terms are opposite of their slogan, and those casinos also have the history of applying the KYC verification related terms to the users. Playz.bet representative has stated here that they won't ask the users to complete the KYC verification, and they have also stated it clearly in their terms.


It will be a big negative sign if they still enforce the user to verify their identity.

Yes, these are noticeable here but for now, it would be premature to comment on them, as they could also be inspired by Rollbit. I don't think this inspiration is a problem. I don't mean always imitating them, even if the design and layout are similar.
However, I think it would be beneficial to move forward by creating a distinct difference through their specific features and futuristic approach.
