It ships in a hard plastic case to survive even the most treacherous journeys. It is worth noting that while the stock speed is rating at 11GH, my unit achieves over 13GH without overclocking. Specifications are as follows:

Hub choice is extremely important, and external power is required for overclocking. The USB2 specification is only designed to provide 0.5A, and the USB3 0.9A.
I would recommend the following USB Hubs: https://i.imgur.com/J7bYdzf.gif (http://goo.gl/1BkLWg) https://i.imgur.com/KlUatat.png (http://goo.gl/KQf2EK) https://i.imgur.com/Ue7WjiA.gif (http://goo.gl/lsfym3) https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3704/13567755003_f96a8a7be1.jpg (https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3704/13567755003_4abd1b6375_o.jpg) https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3683/13567729503_257ca5c649_n.jpg (https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3683/13567729503_28a0e3ecd2_o.jpg) https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7260/13567705513_1bba182dfd_n.jpg (https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7260/13567705513_263c9db019_o.jpg) https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2896/13567615345_b5fe438872_n.jpg (https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2896/13567615345_574761e1d0_o.jpg) https://i.imgur.com/AXm1t8k.png 1b) Powering - External (optional) (top) (#post_contents) Additional external power if you want to overclock or run several HexFurys off the same hub. This requires a few steps:
Three components required: https://i.imgur.com/J7bYdzf.gif (http://goo.gl/T2xTUS) https://i.imgur.com/J7bYdzf.gif (http://goo.gl/kt2cQc) https://i.imgur.com/J7bYdzf.gif (http://goo.gl/Vtqr0E) https://i.imgur.com/KlUatat.png (http://goo.gl/1dKG7F) https://i.imgur.com/KlUatat.png (http://goo.gl/UmNNjN) https://i.imgur.com/KlUatat.png (http://goo.gl/xaVh0G) https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7459/13567735275_6203a9a44b.jpg (https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7459/13567735275_20673012f2_o.jpg) https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3742/13567964333_67a7bfc1a4_n.jpg (https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3742/13567964333_d059be9256_o.jpg) https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3743/13567876045_6fa2d97a83_n.jpg (https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3743/13567876045_a47e069541_o.jpg) https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7335/13567926863_e4b7d0148c_n.jpg (https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7335/13567926863_3dd4240268_o.jpg) https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7355/13567837555_febb8bb115_n.jpg (https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7355/13567837555_d722ed0d15_o.jpg) https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2913/13567878193_75d6a9ab26_n.jpg (https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2913/13567878193_150b1f6eec_o.jpg) https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3721/13567848743_8e5428b1c2_n.jpg (https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3721/13567848743_52410d9e32_o.jpg) https://i.imgur.com/AXm1t8k.png 2) Cooling (top) (#post_contents) HexFurys require external cooling due to their high power draw. This can be done with the use of a simple 120mm fan or a USB powered fan. 120mm fan: https://i.imgur.com/J7bYdzf.gif (http://goo.gl/oa3N0J) https://i.imgur.com/KlUatat.png (http://goo.gl/UhRGX5) https://i.imgur.com/Ue7WjiA.gif (http://goo.gl/tRiW4m) USB powered fan: https://i.imgur.com/J7bYdzf.gif (http://goo.gl/etSUqK) https://i.imgur.com/KlUatat.png (http://goo.gl/qXh56U) https://i.imgur.com/Ue7WjiA.gif (http://goo.gl/beyq1g) https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7181/13567779333_214a3fa211.jpg (https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7181/13567779333_2d00926cec_o.jpg) https://i.imgur.com/AXm1t8k.png https://i.imgur.com/AXm1t8k.png 3a) Configuration (top) (#post_contents) Configuration is straight forward. While it is possible to run a HexFury off a Raspberry Pi, it is not recommended. Raspberry Pis do not support USB3, which is what the best and highest powered USB hubs use. Cgminer on a Windows based PC is therefore recommended.
Antpool (https://account.bitmain.com/sign_up) Code: cgminer.exe -o stratum.antpool.com:3333 -u username_worker -p anypassword Code: cgminer.exe -o stratum.btcguild.com:3333 -u username_worker -p anypassword Code: cgminer.exe -o us1.ghash.io:3333 -u username_worker -p anypassword https://i.imgur.com/AXm1t8k.png 3b) Overclocking (optional) (top) (#post_contents) Overclocking will be possible once HexFury specific code is added to cgminer (soon). At the moment overclocking is only possible by increasing the voltage (5-5.8V) which I am not keen on recommending. https://i.imgur.com/AXm1t8k.png 4) Troubleshooting (top) (#post_contents) TBD as problems arise.
