关于4.15事件,火币网得到的消息以及处理方案

时间:2014年04月03日 17:58:49 来源: 火币网
尊敬的火币网用户:

     关于网上盛传的“4.15”事件,火币网一直在积极努力的与相关部门沟通,遗憾的是截至到目前,我们并没有得到具体的信息,也无法给所有投资者一个准确的答案,深表歉意。

           而在昨日,国内多家比特币交易平台相继发表公告表示接到通知,将暂停点卡充值或者银行转账充值。 同时我们也在微博以及其他渠道看到,很多投资者以及媒体朋友都非常关注火币网这边的最新动态,首先我们非常感谢所有朋友对火币网的关注与支持,然后我们就火币网商务及财务部门在资金通道上获取到的最新信息(截至2014.4.3 16:00)做一个详细的汇报:

           火币网商务以及财务部的同事今天和点卡销售商以及合作的各家银行进行了电话沟通,相关情况如下:

           一、点卡销售商:
           1)合作的四家第三方支付公司中,有一家电话提示风险,其他三家暂时没有反馈问题;
           2)提示风险的第三方支付公司表示,并没有收到新的通知,向点卡销售商提示风险是因为被举报,领导要求严格执行去年12月5日人行五部委发布的《关于防范比特币风险》通知。

           二、银行:
           1)目前工、农、建、招四大行的火币网开户支行在最近3个月均未接到相关通知;
           2)对于4月15日的说法他们也都是从媒体上得到的;
           3)目前他们均无法判断这个消息的真实性。

           以上均为火币网方面收集到的当前信息,这些信息均是第一手,并且只是客观描述,不做任何推论和猜测。火币网得到的信息和其他已经发布公告的平台获得的信息不完全一致,可能是因为地域以及服务商不同造成的,至于为什么不同地域不同服务商会有不同的政策,不得而知。

           基于以上信息,考虑到目前行业政策的不明朗,经过与点卡销售商的协商,火币网定于2014年4月5日0点正式关闭点卡充值。同时,火币网银行转账充值服务提升为7*24小时人工处理,确保用户快捷充值。此外,火币网人民币提现业务不受影响,比特币、莱特币充值提现不受影响。

           最后,火币网郑重声明:

           因为目前国内的行业政策不明朗,比特币行情波动较大,用户都极度希望能获得自己期望的信息。做空的用户希望平台发出的信息都是利空,一旦发利好就会迎来骂声不断;反过来也是。对此,火币网声明:火币网从来不代表多、空任何一方的利益,发布公告或信息都是提前、公开、客观,并且经得起时间的考验,请广大用户监督。

Entirely expected behaviour.  China is exiting the market and everyone knows this.

Impact will be minimal past what has already transpired.

Move along now!

OP is abusing the fact that most people can't read Chinese caracters, inclusive the OP.
In the article there was never a mention of shutting down Huobi, only that they stop accepting third party voucher cards at April 5  2014.
Untill now there is no confirmations that the banks have been affected.
Google translator don't give a good translation, but there is a sound button and it works well and it also can literally translate the message into PinYin (Romanize version of Chinese caracters).
If you can't read Chinese caracters like me, but can understand Chinese use the sound button or read the PinYin translation.
OP is one the dumpest guy I have ever seen on this forum together with Cosmofly.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=549790.msg5985821#msg5985821
I ask Cosmofly to post a BTC address for donation.
He PM me his BTC address, he didn't know it was a trap.
His BTC address is also in his profile, I just want to know how low the guy was.
If I really going to sent him a donation, the donation will be worthless if BTC is going to die.
Did he thought about that, probably not because he is dumb.

Like with everything new.
There will be always the same group of people who found it out first and gather most of the wealth.
The later you found about the existence, the dumber you are.
Op, Cosmofly and Igorr found out to late and didn't manage to ride on the wave of wealth and start posting FUD.

Just to clarify to everyone, Huobi was "shut down" on the 5th of April because it was a national holiday in China.  Their staff / deposits were offline.  The site itself was still open for trading.  The April 5th date has nothing to do with the PBOC rumour.

Looks like Houbi is down right now. I'm getting a 404 error.

If Huobi is "shut down" on the 25th of April I will be extremely surprised.
BTC is so low it will not matter on the down side, and good news will cause a big Rally!

They did shut down their 3rd party payment processor. Bank deposits and withdrawls will very likely be banned too next week.

The last thing the Chinese government wants is social unrest.
They struggle with it since their existence.

A. Social unrest because the government shuts down bitcoin exchanges( i can clearly see millions of chinese demonstrating because of that? :D :D)

B. Social unrest because a lot of chinese people lost their money in the BTC scheme?

HUOBI SHUTS DOWN April 5th.
Your all-CAPS troll headline was proven to be false.
Do you enjoy spreading false info?

Come on, obviously the heading 'HUOBI SHUTS DOWN April 5th' is incorrect at least

I would also like to add that this topic's title turns out to be FALSE as of the 7th of april 2014. Though I didn't consider Fonzie to be credible, this makes it even worse for him. It shows that he's just campaigning against Bitcoin, probably because:

1) He missed the boat and wants to get better gains, or two:
2) He's being paid to do so.

Whatever it is, obviously he failed. Do not trust Fonzie if you're new to these boards. Read everyone's opinion, not only the opinions of the guys that tend to shout the hardest.

Please stop trolling in my thread. Your attempts do discredit me will not work. All i did was posting the original article in chinese and the english translation of it, where it was clearly stated that they plan to shut down things @ April 5th, which happenend btw.
I was just linking to official news, neither was i lying or anything else.

@ParabellumLite

I just reported you to the moderator. It´s ok to have an opinion but there´s no need insult me in that way.
It´s not my fault that the BTC price is fallin down and will probably continue to fall.
I won´t response to any of your posts anymore after your call-up that i should commit suicide, that´s really low and nasty.

That in itself is, to quote your own words, really low and nasty and testifies of one of the two possible reasons which I posted above. The first one being that you hate not being there 'in time' when Bitcoin was increasing in value, the second one that you're being paid to do this.

Check your facts please, don´t spread misinformation. Again, it´s not my fault that the price went down.
No need do be upset with me. You can always short if the price continues to go down to recover your losses (if they should be the reason for all your anger).

I´m trying to warn people about the ongoing decline of the BTC price due to the price that has been artificially pumped and will now slowly come back to reality. I don´t want that anyone loses money.
