     关于网上盛传的“4.15”事件，火币网一直在积极努力的与相关部门沟通，遗憾的是截至到目前，我们并没有得到具体的信息，也无法给所有投资者一个准确的答案，深表歉意。

           而在昨日，国内多家比特币交易平台相继发表公告表示接到通知，将暂停点卡充值或者银行转账充值。 同时我们也在微博以及其他渠道看到，很多投资者以及媒体朋友都非常关注火币网这边的最新动态，首先我们非常感谢所有朋友对火币网的关注与支持，然后我们就火币网商务及财务部门在资金通道上获取到的最新信息（截至2014.4.3 16：00）做一个详细的汇报：

           火币网商务以及财务部的同事今天和点卡销售商以及合作的各家银行进行了电话沟通，相关情况如下：

           一、点卡销售商：
           1）合作的四家第三方支付公司中，有一家电话提示风险，其他三家暂时没有反馈问题；
           2）提示风险的第三方支付公司表示，并没有收到新的通知，向点卡销售商提示风险是因为被举报，领导要求严格执行去年12月5日人行五部委发布的《关于防范比特币风险》通知。
 
           二、银行：
           1）目前工、农、建、招四大行的火币网开户支行在最近3个月均未接到相关通知；
           2）对于4月15日的说法他们也都是从媒体上得到的；
           3）目前他们均无法判断这个消息的真实性。

           以上均为火币网方面收集到的当前信息，这些信息均是第一手，并且只是客观描述，不做任何推论和猜测。火币网得到的信息和其他已经发布公告的平台获得的信息不完全一致，可能是因为地域以及服务商不同造成的，至于为什么不同地域不同服务商会有不同的政策，不得而知。

In the article there was never a mention of shutting down Huobi, only that they stop accepting third party voucher cards at April 5  2014.
Untill now there is no confirmations that the banks have been affected.

Just to clarify to everyone, Huobi was "shut down" on the 5th of April because it was a national holiday in China.  Their staff / deposits were offline.  The site itself was still open for trading.  The April 5th date has nothing to do with the PBOC rumour.
