Title: Bitcoin hyper, I need help please
Post by: ced1978bel on August 22, 2025, 07:33:32 PM
Hello,

I have pre-ordered some bitcoin hyper on this website https://bitcoinhyper.com

I dont know much about crypto and idk how to claim my coins and transfer them on a wallet, maybe it was a big mistake or a scam.... I just received an email from " wert.io" that says :

"You’ve participated in a token sale.

The tokens from this sale are not delivered immediately. For this type of sale, you need to claim the tokens on the project’s website after all stages of the sale conclude.

For any further questions, please contact the project’s support team.

Here is the receipt for your order: "

The problem is that there is no project team support to contact.

Can someone help me?

Thanks

How I wish you contacted us about this before you sent them your money. it feels like an outright scam to be honest

Try checking out their x account, lots of complaints from other people about not receiving the tokens - https://x.com/BTC_Hyper2

This is what I said about them about a month back
Why are they even called "Bitcoin"hyper, for starters. To me, that's a number one red flag. You might want to contact them via their telegram or x.com account for better explanations

This is still a gimmick. But gone are the days when the projects are named after Bitcoin. So, I'm sorry to tell you that you are correct with what you're assuming that you're likely been scammed. The obviousness of how they've emailed you using another domain and wanting you to get back to that website tells a lot of things. And having no support to contact when they want you to contact is also giving you the red flags already.

unprofessional website that look like a pump and dump meme project, its sketchy that a project that seems to be built on the bitcoin calling themselves bitcoin layer 2 are using EVM protocol and address to participate in their sales, where is the segwit and legacy address that would have supported HYPER on the Bitcoin blockchain. Non.

Only the inexperience will fall into this scam for they do not know what exactly they are doing, only thrilled by the amount promised to them which wont come through, move on OP, your money is gone.

Different email domain to the website and no contact is shady as heck.

You should've asked people around here before throwing away money like that. As the email mentioned you gotta wait for them to conclude their phases until they sent the coin to you which I personally don't understand what even is this coin.
Moreover like others mentioned, they are using the name bitcoin on its name as if it's a fork. If it's a fork however, there should be no presale at all.

Correct and from the sound of the domain name itself, it really looks very scammy. I remember those Bitcoin "doubler" in the early years of Bitcoin wherein it was a rampant scam and yet people still invest on them.

Until it died down on 2018 but for sure scammers still find a way till this day to maybe resurrect their scam. So I'm sorry but the OP have fallen to the trick of scammers.  A lot of redflags and we can only hope that he reach out here first so that we could have advise him.

Okay so what these crooks are doing is taking presale buyers funds and will give them tokens they will generate or mint at a later date and then dump their bags and tank the price and release a few shitty apps or whatever shit they are selling and tell you it was a meme and its in the terms and conditions you will lose all your money. These will literally be hunted but authorities using AI etc for every cent they have stolen in the future.

Are these the same group that launched that turd Solaxy? Also these tokens seem to be associated with another best wallet project?Same launch template and MO by thelooks of it.Do they have any idea how the SEC et al is literally counting every cent they have taken from each presale and screwed those presale investors?Slow rugpull scams.DON'T buy into this shit or you are going to get burned.

Thanks all for your answers, I'm afraid you're all right >:( probably a scam, well 99.9% sure (let's give a 0.1% for hope  ;D )

I'll try to get in contact with Wert.io anyways to get some info even if it's probably a lost cause.

There is many more lookalike coins on best walllet, I didn't know this wallet before buying bitcoin hyper but it's the wallet they advertise on their page so I donwloaded the app. It's pretty scarry how many scammers there is on crypto market, well it's not my first day on internet and I should have been more carefull before buying this crap. You always learn your lessons by failing  ;D

I'll try to keep you inform if I get some answers from Wert.

Thanks for your help all

Here is my conversation with Wert:

Hello,

I bought BTC Hyper ( pre-order) via your services and after verifications and search on different forums, BTC hyper seems to be a scam. You are telling me to contact the project’s support team but there is no info to get in touch with support on their website.
I have not be able to claim any of my tokens of any of my 2 pre-order.

Can you give me more informations about all this?

Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out!

Currently is not possible to claim the tokens due to the BTCHyper token still being in the token sale stage.

Let me briefly explain how token sales work. They typically have several stages, with the token price increasing at each stage. Only after all stages are complete will the official website provide information about the sale’s end date.

Once the sale ends, you’ll need to connect the wallet you used for the purchase and claim your tokens.

Please also note that the current countdown on the website indicates the upcoming token price increase, not the end of the sale. We recommend monitoring their website and social media for updates.

Let us know if you need any further assistance!

Victor

I was wondering what Bitcoin title is doing on an altcoin section of the Forum, until I read through to see that the name Bitcoin hyper is associated with a shitcoin, this is somewhat chilling attempt from scammers using Bitcoin name to gain attention from the cryptocurrency community and you should know that your money is already gone since you already sent it to them.

It is a scam, your money is gone. Two pieces of advice. Never invest into anything that has Bitcoin in its name. Second, don't invest in any presales or public sales at all.

They are willing to go extra mile just for them to attract a victim that they can steal their money. So, it's a double or triple whammy, they make the website, they redirect you to another one. And upon purchase, they're going to reason out a lot of things of what's happening to your money. None of the tokens is delivered to you and if there is, the actual project is a scam and there will be no volume and you get a real shitcoin into your wallet that has no value in the market.
