So there is one more country with "permissive" legal status of Bitcoin.

Part of BTC-E? I thought that the (entire) BTC-E is located in Bulgaria, although the staff is 100% Russian.

I say PART , because the way they set up the compony , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4o13isDdfY , explains.
the compony is set up in a way it is avoiding taxes in a legal way , as explained in the link.
this is also why bitpay is opening a office in amsterdam.
