Well, you are not an exchanger but a swap, a different thing. Your reputation doesn't exist, at least here. As for security, you want any possible client to pass KYC/ AML verification. Why does someone trust you with his doxs? You also state that you will check the addresses and the transactions based on an algorithm. Yours or from another checking provider like Elliptic? And for what? Can you prove that you are as clean as you ask your customers to be?

I had no luck in finding a review platform or forum that showcased your solid reputation and the Trustpilot page on your website leads to a page with a "404 error (https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/08/29/UZedlm.jpeg)".

It appears that there's a bug that shows some directions are supported ^{[not grayed out]}, but if you go ahead, it'll lead to an error.

I think that you're highly targeting Russians as your customers because the language of the website is set in default of Russian.

While it can easily be modified through just looking at the flag for the language. But if it's about being trusted, it will take time for you to get the most customers from the forum and outside.

With the reputation tab, you've got some of the reviews in there but it seems that you've just pasted known exchanges there and some payment processor.

This is OP's first time making a post of this exchange outside the Russian local despite the exchange being promoted as early as 2022. So, yeah, I should say it's mainly targeting the Russian market.

As regards trust, this exchange looks shady, to say the least. With the Russian language all over the platform, I don't even believe they're based in Singapore as their BestChange profile claims. Well, even BestChange has removed them from their list, and warns that they "cannot recommend the CrystalMoney service for making exchanges."

I don't know what you mean by 'solid reputation', because we haven't seen you yet. This is the first time I noticed your announcement thread on the forum. However, I admit it doesn't matter whether I noticed or not; it doesn't mean you won't be reputable. But after reading the thread, I tried to visit your website. For the review I tried to check on the Best_Change monitor. Not enough reviews found there. And an important thing is being disabled there.


Can I know what the reason for disabling it there is? This isn't a good sign of reputable exchange at all. Often people visit exchanges from the Best_Change. If they found disabled status, they might not be interested at all. Also, this isn't a proper official announcement; it should be well designed to draw attention from traders.
