Hello everyone, I am from Pakistan and I play BC games through mirror site or a paid VPN. I have deposited multiple times and never won. Now when i have won i am trying to withdraw but it asks for KYC. Since last week i am trying to do KYC but it fails on the last step of ADVANCED VERIFICATION. I provided them with my latest August Month’s Bank Statement. But it has failed and i am a very worried now as it is on the last attempt.

After going through the posts here and how you guys helped people. Can i get some help too? I can provide with all the proofs. Thank you!

Personally I have no idea on how we can help you in such case. Did you get an explanation about why this is failing or whatever?
Any specific requirement missing? Yours is a common problem for people gambling from countries with gambling limitations.
Even if people can gamble with VPN this not means this will be allowed by sportsbook...

I would just look something like casinoguru or similar because maybe they had the chance to follow something similar in the past.

The live chat in their app is really annoying. I tried for more than 20 times, just asking them the reason but instead they reply one thing that complete your KYC and then let us know what we can help you with?

Secondly Bc Game is not blocked in Pak neither this country is on their restricted list.
There are so many players from this region. Infact there is a specific mirror site for the players from this region. Its inly that the main site loads very slow without VPN.

Lastly i know more than a dozen people who play this game and one of then has a Wager Amount of 50+ million PKR which is around 180K-200 K US dollars.
Many of my friends withdraw without KYC and some has completed KYC here. So its not about the country.

There was a glitch in BC game a week ago, like the website used to go down and games used to disappear. It was fixed but the error stayed for 2-3 days. And I submitted documents for KYC in those 2-3 days because at that moment I didn’t knew there was any glitch, thought it was some network problem.

One more thing, as shown in the screenshot below, when i tap on Verify now thibking it would let me retake the photos of the documents as they maybe blurry. But it just goes in for verification. Thats how i lost my 3 takes and its the last attempt now. Can someone guide me how to submit the documents again?

Sharing my experience regarding the BC Game advanced verification. I think just a month ago or 2.

1. They aren't accepting images or screenshots. Should be the actual file from the bank's attachment or something similar. Yes, the file that I submitted with them is the attachment itself from the bank, and I just removed the password.

2. The ID address submitted to Basic Verification should be similar to the address on the submitted statements required in Advance Verification. In my case, since I submitted a Passport, only the Region/District is enough and not the exact address.

During the time my withdrawal got suspended, I got worried too about advanced verification because of that same address requirement. Good thing it only took a few hours to be reviewed and got approved later on.

The fail of kyc attempt could be as a result of not submitting a clear documents maybe your camera weren't that clear and was not capturing all the edges clearly, this could cause a serious problems to your kyc verifications. Again, I don't know if they truly permits the use of vpn on their site as I have heard similar cases where they don't permit the use of vpn on their site.

He mentioned that he used to use VPN to log in to bcgame. I think this will disrupt the system to match his IPs with the KYC documents he submitted. Note that almost all online casinos don't accept users logging using anonymity tools. This would complicate the KYC verification process. Note that OP has already prior knowledge about bcgame  but he didn't tell why he chose to use VPN. Is Pakistan among the restricted country list on bcgame? This may explain why he was invited to go through advanced verification.

Gambling (online or otherwise) is strictly prohibited in Pakistan, yet its true that BC.GAME does have its own mirror site for Pakistan residents.. hmm...

It seems like the casino will probably be blacklisted at a federal level in the next 1-2 years. But for the moment, seeing as how they do take action from citizens of Pakistan, they should probably just process the KYC and pay out the winnings, granted everything else is as OP claims it is.

Yeah, they updated me earlier today, but there was small miscommunication. I asked them what's wrong with the documents you submitted [so you can fix it by providing better documents] and I think they understood that as me asking what's wrong with the account. They basically explained that you need to go for advanced KYC.

I've re-inquired with more detailed explanation, and waiting for them to be available for me.

Well, for the next time when you gamble at any site , try to do KYC first so that you do not face such issues at withdrawals. Secondly the use of VPN isn't allowed at bc.game so they have excuse to deny you payment and even block you access based on the fact that you violated the rules. That is the reason that one should carefully read terms and cndition prior to depoisting at the casino.

Anyway, in your case, I am sure your issue may be resolved because of holydarkness helping you, and hopefully he may come up with some good news.  :)

That's probably the reason why OP is using a VPN. Since BC.Game doesn't restrict them, it's safe to say they're still welcome, though with caution.

Just this August, Pakistan banned online casinos and some trading/exchanges, not included bcgame on the last, and but surely that list will likely expand further in the coming months.

Okay i just recieved a notification that my basic KYC got verified and the ADVANCE VERIFICATION is left. Just let me know when i can go for it and which document to submit. I can first send that document to you then there. Waitingg.

I'll say let's keep that option for the time being while I inquire to my contact to look into your situation and see what made your documents kept being rejected.

Though I'll treat that private document you shared [if you wish to share] like others, namely I'll give my best to just scan and see the essential info is there in the document without commiting any personal details into my mind, and delete the file from my device straight after it serves its purpose, it'll be best to keep your personal information close to your heart.

OP, do you have other bank account?

The reason why your document keep being rejected is because the "bank" which PDF report you use to submit for KYC purpose is a digital-bank, or in other words, just a payment platform, not a real bank. Thus it can't be accepted for PoA.

Oh, Well the Bank named as “NAYPAY” is a really good one and i mostly use it for day to day physical transactions and it’s even better with online transactions. I & so many Pakistanis trust this bank. I don’t know why it can’t be accepted as a proof of verification because the thing needed is just my name along the address which is mentioned on my ID Card.
Well CNIC is more than enough for Identity Verification in any part of the world.

By the way i have a driving learning certificate. Can you ask your contact and confirm me? If that works? I can post that?

Yes, we are all understand the concept of digital bank, as well as their convenience [at least until you got bored of them and wanted to close the account and cite the "rights to be forgotten", because that's where the convenience ends] but casinos require brick-and-mortar banks, an official and physical banks. Do you not have any other account in other [physical] bank? Just in case they don't accept driving learning certificate [I assume it is what its name implied], and only take driving license.
