Welcome to the forum. Just checking around.
- Any chance you'll support more coins in the future?
- Are you a liquidity provider for your own exchange?

I saw your claim of partnering with BestChange, but it seems BestChange has removed you. There's something unusual about this business: while you say you can request KYC in certain cases, you also outline in great detail how to avoid such requests. That's remarkable.

This is part of your welcome message:
Quote
Over the years, we have earned a reputation as a trusted partner
I believe this is a new service and your domain name was only registered few months ago, so it is not true that you have earned a reputation 'over the years'.

I also found this in the 'stop kyc' page in your website:
Quote
Do not withdraw funds in parts. Even if you have a very large exchange amount, for example 60BTC, you should not split it into three applications, like 20-20-20. Since on the third transaction there will be a 100% response to the suspicious activity algorithm. It is better to change the entire amount and ask the operator to do the exchange manually in order to maintain a more or less normal exchange rate.
I am curious, why do you encourage your customers not to split their funds into tinier bits. As far as i know, people split their funds when they are interacting with new services and services they do not trust that well. Why would you block a transaction because of this and why is it considered a 'suspicious activity'.

1. Why this Russian word "Oпepaтop yшёл нa coн" on other language versions of your website too? Can you translate it to the respected languages?

2. Your exchange was disabled from Bestchange on 26th April 2021 probably due to some malpractices, why do you still claim to partner with Bestchange?

Maybe they are that old according to bestchange but when it comes to trust, I am not sure since they even got disabled from the monitor years back

It looks likes OP has been promoting the same exchange for more than 4 years here. It probably expired but was registered once more after some time. Also, as mentioned above, this exchange was kicked out from BestChange as early as 2021. Their profile on BestChange indicated that they're more than 7 years old.

Anyway, this is apparently just another one of those exchanges that are mass produced in Russia. I don't believe their claim that they're based in Germany. This is the kind of exchange that should be avoided.

I believe this is the fourth time I've seen an exchange with a "Stop KYC" page on this forum. If I were to guess, all of them are either connected or have purchased the same exchange script from a provider.

@bit-exchangeorg
Do you even have a license?
- IMO, this is the bare minimum requirement for an exchange that admits it'd freeze assets under certain conditions!

Interestingly, they somehow introduced themselves as being from Germany, even though they don't even have this language in the multilingual site option.
Also, the error I'm getting is in Russian even though EN is selected.
In the rather large competition of similar services, I don't think there is a place for such amateurs with a questionable history.

Welcome message is ridiculous.
The service describes itself as protecting your currency data, but according to the AML page, they share this data with third parties.

Quote
as well as with the participation of certified partners offering such tools and methods.

Apparently, they can freeze your transaction and request your data without explanation, plus deduct $100 from your data if you provide the necessary information.  ;D

- Are you a liquidity provider for your own exchange?
No, they rely on liquidity providers.

No, they rely on liquidity providers.
Perhaps this is why almost all Bestchange reviews tell of delays of more than 2 hours, and some even have payments made in installments. Using the service will be like riding a roller coaster.

Thank you for your feedback. Time will tell.

_______

Unfortunately, we've seen a lot of negativity since this publication. Let us reiterate that the service is undergoing a rebranding and we're starting a new approach.

LOL! Why wait for time to tell? How about you tell? Isn't that within your capacity to inform everybody as basic an information as whether you're a German or Russian exchange?

This isn't negativity; this is basic due diligence. Isn't that what everybody is precisely advised to do before using a service, let alone one which they would entrust their hard-earned money?

Regardless of the rebranding, can you not answer the questions here like whether you provide your own liquidity, why you still claim to be partners with BestChange even if they already kicked you out, whether you have a license, among others?

Not sure why you would call it negativity. This is simply what members discovered about your service and if they can then any other potential user can. I think it's better you are grateful for the constructive criticism and work towards improving your service.

I would start by cleaning the mess that is recorded on bestchange and making sure it never happens again.

Changing your name or rebranding won't solve the problem. All you need is transparency and answers to questions.
You'll receive negative trust if we found a link between your current service with the new name, so answering questions is best.

I read the "Stop KYC" terms of service. Frankly, they're very difficult, and users would prefer the KYC app over all this complexity. Any small error will result in the transaction being considered suspicious, the transaction being frozen, and a KYC request. Here are some examples in brief:

- The amount may not be split into installments, no matter how large, such as 60 Bitcoins.
- The wallet to which the funds were withdrawn must not appear more than twice.
- If you deposit Bitcoin, convert it to USDT, and send it to the same wallet, you must wait 16 hours before making a second transaction to the same wallet.
- If you deposit from multiple wallets and then switch and withdraw to a single wallet, the transaction is considered suspicious.
- If you convert different cryptocurrencies, such as XMR, BTC, and LTC, to USDT, but withdraw to the same wallet 2-3 times, the transaction is suspicious.
- If you deposit from one wallet and then withdraw to multiple wallets 2-3 times, the transaction is also suspicious.

Any of the above cases will lead to the freezing of funds and the KYC procedure. So, what's the difference?

this is what's going on here, i have seen at least 2 other exchanges in this section using the same script as well (Netexbit (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5452226.0) and AmlXe (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5534091.0)) and both are shady af.
i would not be surprised if there are more.

you don't need to ask them this, because obv they don't.

basically, if you use their service for anything, it's suspicious and your funds will get frozen. what a fucking joke.
