Miner Legacy Fork Fix (for ZPool) 1.1

1. Added SccPow algo (AMD, Intel, Nvidia GPU)
2. Disabled miniZ(equihash144), miniZ(equihash192), miniZ(Meraki) miner until a new version is released.
3. Disabled Equihash144(Flux) due to mining ends on October 20
4. Added GMiner 2.75 for Equihash192 mining
5. Updated SRBMiner to version 2.9.8

Pool mostly up again. Blocks processed. Our side works perfectly fine, but then the bad news...
Customer side is a mess for time being. MySQL is desynced, so data you see from WebUI is not what happens actually.
Its just still frame from past.
So everything except customer side data for viewing purposes works fine... Miners mine, shares shares, blocks blocks. Even payouts works.
But none is viewable via webui until mysql has been fixed for client side (resync from master). No ETA yet. I cannot fix that. Soon™

1. Added Yescrypt(R8, R16, R32) algos (AMD GPU)
2. Updated miniZ miner to version 2.5e3
3. Updated SRBMiner to version 3.0.5
