not asking any profit and accept just current rate of BTC as per google

accept either US Dollars OR Turkish Liars

ONLY and ONLY legal resident in turkey whose have valid Turkish resident permit or Turkish passport and must have local own name turkish bank account like Halk Bank AK bank Ziraat Bank Vakafi Bank etc can contact for real meeting in Istanbul

OR

you must have P2P verified account either paxful.com OR bybit BINANCE etc and we can trade online without real meeting

I am Just wondering Why not just move that BTC to any of those platforms and take up any available suitable offers or create an offer (advert)? I just checked them out, and I see some offers, for example Bybit ---> https://www.bybit.com/en/p2p/buy/BTC/TRY

You might end up waiting for a long time here before someone takes up your offer.

Just curious, if you are looking to verify an account like Binance and Bybit, then why are you asking to deal outside, like on a forum or in a real meeting? Why can't you just use a P2P deal on that kind of exchange? Why do you feel a real meet is safer for you? I have heard a couple of blackmailing stories during face-to-face dealings. You might find a buyer from the forum as well, but I'm not sure how long it will take. And you must use trusted escrow during the deal unless the buyer is highly trusted.

If you have a verified account on Binance or Bybit, then you may sell there as well. I assume you have a verified account there since you mentioned that exchange name here. However, make a safe deal; don't be cheated.

Don't you think it will be much better going to Bybit or Binance platform and go through the P2P adverts available to your region for a quick and swift transactions there, than looking for a forum member to complete a transaction like this. I think using the forum for P2P transaction will take long for it to be completed easily, there will also be a need for an escrow to have a successful transaction between you two and on the part of wanting to meet up when there are P2P platforms, it might look tricky for safety reasons.

To me this could be more better than seeing one on one or trading with anyone here whom you don't know since its that easier for you to get scammed, again, scam is not moderated here so if such person scam you, forum don't have what to pay back rather they can only help to damage that particular person profiles while they had already stole your money.
