I'm trying to claim a promo code and I keep getting this error: API Error: 500 - {"error":"Internal server error","message":"An unexpected error occurred","path":"/api/v1/subscriptions/redeem-promo"}
Also, doesn't your site implement login sessions? Every time I refresh the page, I have to reconnect my wallet and sign the request. This is a bit annoying.

Thank you for the detailed report — both issues are now fixed and live.
Promo code redemption: the 500 error is resolved. Please try again; if anything still breaks, share the timestamp, and we’ll investigate immediately.
Login/session: we’ve enabled persistent sessions. You should no longer need to reconnect your wallet and re-sign on a normal page refresh.

As a thank‑you, we’ll credit you with additional tokens. Please DM your wallet address (or reply here with it) and we’ll send them within 24 hours. And who knows — if our tokens gain utility over time, it might turn out to be a nice bonus to hold onto.
Thanks again for helping us improve!

I've been able to claim the promo code with no issue, and there's no longer a re-signing request. This is great.
I'll test it more thoroughly when I have more time.

I usually use several AIs to compare my trading analysis, especially Neurodex. I hope your AI works like that, or even better.

Didn't you guys recently launched an AI Sports analysis platform too? SPORTS-5, I think. I'm guessing, you guys own and operate both platforms?
Also, did you build your AI from scratch? or you guys utilized some sort of AI from big tech companies like google or openAI and just trained it for crypto researches as well as sports analysis?

Yes, — we did recently launch SPORTS‑5. We own and operate both SPORTS‑5 and CRYPTO‑5 as part of a single AI product ecosystem.
On the AI side, we use a hybrid approach: our proprietary agentic architecture, domain‑specific AI pipelines and curated datasets, combined with best‑in‑class foundation models from providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) where they’re the right fit. We fine‑tune and adapt for crypto research and sports analysis, and remain vendor‑agnostic to avoid lock‑in.

I recently came back to your site, thinking I'd have some time to explore your platform on this relaxing day. I checked my balance, but there was no increase, just the amount I claimed with the promo code. What network did you send the tokens to? Did you check my PM?

Thanks for checking in. We reviewed your PM and have credited the tokens to your account. Please log in to the platform to see the updated balance. Rewards are credited on-platform (not sent on-chain). If anything still looks off after you sign in, let me know and I’ll investigate right away.

I'm curious, what subscription level do I actually get for this demo mode? I just ran my prompt and didn't get as much information as you claim about "One assistant for real-time market data, sentiment, news, tokenomics, on-chain, DEX liquidity, smart-contract safety, GitHub activity, and web research.", but your AI is honest about this gap.
If I may, I'll post the results here, and how they compare (in my opinion) to Neurodex for the "free/basic" subscription level.

Thanks for trying the demo and for the thoughtful comparison. We’re currently in beta, so some capabilities are still being rolled out and tuned.
Could you share:
  • your exact prompt,
  • the output you received,
  • and what you expected to see?

I’ll reproduce your run on my side, verify what the demo tier should return today, and follow up with a point‑by‑point check. If needed, we’ll adjust either our messaging or the pipeline.
For faster back‑and‑forth, we can also continue on Discord discord.gg/q43ZyaMy (http://discord.gg/q43ZyaMy).

I am wondering why I need to connect a wallet for crypto analysis. I don't think it does have something related to the wallet. You may simply create AI that doesn't necessarily need a connect wallet at all. I don't feel it's secure to connect my wallet with a third-party app that I am not familiar with. You may choose some other way to register on your AI agent. Once I see it's need to connect my wallet, I just skip.

However, for me, I don't feel I need to buy any subscription to analyse crypto. For me Binance AI also gives detailed data and researches the market. So you will get all the important data just for free, and it's pretty much useful as well. I am not a very big whale, so I do not need to buy a subscription to analyse the market.

On wallet connection:
You're absolutely right to be cautious. We use Web3Auth (a non-custodial flow), which means we never have access to your private keys or funds—only your public address for on-chain analytics.
That said, we hear you: we're adding email/social login for users who don't want to connect a wallet at all. You'll still get full access to general market analysis; wallet connection will be optional if you want personalized portfolio tracking.

On Binance AI vs. our platform:
Binance AI offers solid features—Fear & Greed, sentiment signals, token reports—and it's great for traders already on Binance.

Here's what we do differently:

Multi-source aggregation beyond CEX data:
On-chain metrics (whale movements, smart-money flows via Bankless)
DEX liquidity & pair analysis (DexTools integration)
Smart-contract safety checks
GitHub activity & development health
Cross-platform news & sentiment (not just social buzz)
+ more than 20 data sources

Agent-driven deep research:
Our Research Agent uses reasoning state-of-art models to synthesize data across all sources into actionable analysis, not just dashboards.
We don't just show you data—we answer "Why is this token moving?" or "What are the risks I'm missing?"

Beta transparency:
We're in beta, so we're actively tuning what's included in free/demo vs. paid tiers. Your input directly shapes that.

If Binance AI covers your needs, that's perfectly valid—especially if you're already in that ecosystem. We're building for users who want cross-platform intelligence and deeper "why" analysis rather than just dashboards. Try us out (no wallet needed soon), and let us know if the extra depth is worth it for your strategy.

Alright, here we go...

Crypto5's slogan: "One assistant for real-time market data, sentiment, news, tokenomics, on-chain, DEX liquidity, smart-contract safety, GitHub activity, and web research."
This is the prompt and I highlight what your AI managed to provide and the ones it didn't/has not reached my expectations (+ my ratings).
Quote from: Prompt
Analyze the current and future potential of the token $ASTER. Include a full, data-backed assessment covering:
  • Real-time market data: current price, volume, market cap, volatility, and liquidity trends (CEX + DEX). ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
  • Sentiment analysis: current market sentiment from social media, crypto communities, and news headlines. ⭐☆☆☆☆
  • News summary: latest announcements, partnerships, exchange listings, or controversies affecting $ASTER. ⭐⭐☆☆☆
  • Tokenomics breakdown: supply, emission schedule, allocation, staking rewards, and any inflation/deflation mechanisms. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
  • On-chain metrics: active addresses, transaction count, whale activity, top holder concentration, and inflow/outflow to exchanges. ☆☆☆☆☆
  • DEX liquidity: major liquidity pools, depth, TVL changes, and any notable movements. ☆☆☆☆☆
  • Web & community research: project website performance, social media engagement, and credibility of the team.⭐☆☆☆☆

After gathering the data, summarize the findings into:
  • Current status overview
  • Short-term outlook (next 1–3 months)
  • Risks and red flags - Investment insight: Is $ASTER undervalued, overvalued, or fairly priced?

Format the output in a clear, sectioned structure with concise bullet points and a short executive summary at the end.
The ratings note for crypto5:
  • Data is completed: price, %24h, %7d, volume, MC, ATH, FDV, supply, etc. No data source mentioned (e.g. CEX/DEX breakdown).
  • It just says "data not available", with no alternative approach.
  • There are no concrete news references, only speculation about "positive catalysts".
  • Supply, FDV, emissions, and potential inflation are explained, but without vesting schedules or staking details.
  • Claimed as a data gap, and again there is no alternative approach

Responses:

Quote from: Crypto5 Date: Oct. 20th
Crypto5:
Based on the provided real-time market data and the project description from the function call, I have conducted a deep analysis of $ASTER. Note that data for sentiment analysis[2], news[3], on-chain metrics[5], DEX liquidity[6], and web/community research[7] were not available in the function response, limiting the scope. Where possible, inferences are made from the available data, and gaps are highlighted for caution.

Current Status Overview
Price and Market Performance:
  • Current price: $1.20, up 2.24% in 24 hours but down 18.58% over 7 days, indicating recent volatility and a bearish short-term trend.
  • Market cap: $2.43 billion, placing it in the mid-to-large cap range for crypto assets, suggesting some establishment but not top-tier dominance.
  • 24-hour volume: $553 million, reflecting high liquidity and active trading, which could signal investor interest or speculative activity.
  • All-time high (ATH): $2.41, so current price is approximately 50% below peak, potentially indicating a buying opportunity or underlying issues.
Supply Dynamics:
  • Circulating supply: 2.02 billion tokens (25% of total supply), with max supply capped at 8 billion. This low circulation rate hints at future inflation risks as more tokens are released.
Project Fundamentals:
  • Aster is described as a decentralized exchange (DEX) with Perpetual and Spot trading, MEV-free execution, and multi-chain support (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum). It emphasizes capital efficiency through liquid-staking tokens and yield-generating stablecoins as collateral.
  • Backed by YZi Labs and built on Aster Chain (a privacy-focused L1), it aims to be a "one-stop" DeFi venue, which could differentiate it in a competitive DEX landscape.
Short-Term Outlook (Next 1–3 Months)
Price Trajectory:
  • The 7-day decline of -18.58% suggests bearish momentum, but the recent 24-hour gain of +2.24% could indicate a potential stabilization or short-term rebound if supported by positive catalysts (e.g., new partnerships, exchange listings).
  • Given the high volume, price may experience continued volatility, with a range of $0.80–$1.50 likely in the near term, depending on market sentiment and project updates.
Key Catalysts to Watch:
  • Token unlocks or emission schedule changes: With only 25% of tokens circulating, any announcements regarding token releases could impact price negatively due to dilution.
  • Adoption metrics: Increased TVL, user growth, or integration with major DeFi protocols could drive positive momentum. However, without on-chain data, this is speculative.
  • Macro factors: Broader crypto market trends (e.g., Bitcoin dominance, regulatory news) will heavily influence $ASTER's performance.
Risks and Red Flags
Market and Volatility Risks:
  • High volatility: The 7-day price drop of -18.58% exceeds typical market fluctuations, signaling potential instability or lack of confidence.
  • Liquidity dependence: While volume is high, it may be driven by speculation rather than organic use, increasing vulnerability to pump-and-dump schemes.
Tokenomics Risks:
  • Inflation pressure: With 75% of tokens yet to enter circulation, future supply increases could dilute value and suppress price growth. The fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $9.6 billion (price × max supply) is nearly 4x the current market cap, indicating overhang.
  • Emission schedule unknown: Without details on vesting or staking rewards, there's uncertainty around how tokens will be distributed, posing a risk of sudden sell-offs.
    Project-Specific Risks:
    • Competition: The DEX space is crowded with established players (e.g., Uniswap, dYdX). Aster's unique features must gain significant traction to compete effectively.
    • Execution risk: As a "next-generation" project, it relies on technical execution and user adoption; any delays or failures in development could harm credibility.
    Data Gaps:
    • Lack of sentiment, news, on-chain metrics (e.g., active addresses, whale activity), and DEX liquidity details limits a comprehensive risk assessment. This absence itself is a red flag, as it hinders due diligence.

      Investment Insight
Valuation Assessment: Undervalued, Overvalued, or Fairly Priced? Based on available data, $ASTER appears slightly overvalued to fairly priced with a cautious bias.
      • Arguments for Overvaluation:
        • High FDV ($9.6B) relative to current market cap ($2.43B) suggests significant inflation risk.
        • Price is down 50% from ATH, but the 7-day decline and volatility indicate weak momentum, potentially reflecting overhyped initial valuation.
        • Comparable DEX tokens (e.g., UNI) have more established ecosystems, making Aster's $2.43B cap ambitious without proven traction.
      • Arguments for Undervaluation:
        • Innovative features (e.g., MEV-free trading, multi-chain support) could drive adoption if executed well, potentially justifying current levels.
        • Current price is well above ATL ($0.099713), showing resilience, and the 24-hour gain might signal bottoming out.
      • Overall: It is not clearly undervalued; the high FDV and recent bearish trend lean toward overvaluation. A "fair" price might be lower, around $0.80–$1.00, accounting for supply risks.

      Recommendation:

    • For short-term traders: Exercise caution due to volatility; consider waiting for confirmation of a trend reversal or positive news.
    • For long-term investors: Monitor project milestones, token emission details, and on-chain metrics before committing. If believing in the project's vision, dollar-cost averaging could mitigate timing risks.
    • General advice: Diversify and only invest what you can afford to lose, given the data gaps and inherent crypto risks.
    Executive Summary
$ASTER is a mid-cap DEX token with innovative features but faces significant risks from token inflation, market volatility, and competition. Current data suggests it is slightly overvalued, with a short-term outlook clouded by bearish trends and unknown catalysts. Investors should prioritize obtaining missing on-chain and sentiment data before making decisions. While the project has potential, caution is advised in the near term.

    Recommendation
    Action: HOLD
    Confidence: 0.6
Rationale: Mixed signals with strong fundamentals but negative price momentum and bearish market sentiment
As a plus, (1)the presentation of the tokenomics analysis and market metrics is quite neat and quantitative (based on live interactions), (2)Chat history is saved.
I admit I'm on the Trial/free subscription, but if it's limited to 2 prompts for a month and every level pays the same rate, wouldn't it be better to provide the same capabilities as the Pro subscription (prompt limit except)if that could actually provide these requets? This would increase the likelihood of people using your platform.

Below are the results from Neurodex with the same prompts and dates, absolutely free version (up to 3 prompts per day with no tokens are needed). A glaring flaw: chat history isn't saved.
Requested points: 1)market data, 2)sentiment, 3)news, 4)tokenomics, 5)on-chain, 6)DEX liquidity, 7)web research
  • Data is complete and explicit sources (BitCompare, Coingecko style)
  • Provided (social-coins feed, trending coin status, cautiously bullish tone)
  • Provided (buyback + Robinhood listing + source link)
  • Provided (supply + governance + emission gap called)
  • There are indications (TVL $18.39B + liquidity recovery mentions)
  • Nothing
  • There are a few (mentions of social engagement and macro noise/FUD)

ASTER at a critical inflection point — liquidity as a catalyst meets a murky on-chain picture, with buybacks and a Robinhood listing as potential fuel for upside.

MARKET SNAPSHOT & LIQUIDITY
  • Current data snapshot: $ASTER trades near $1.20, with a ~ $2.42B market cap, ~2.02B circulating of 8B total supply, fully diluted ~ $9.59B, and 24h volume around $554M; price +1.9% over the last 24h. Source: BitCompare/Coingecko style market data (as of 2025-10-19).
  • Liquidity and exchange activity: ASTER is visible on major venues (Robinhood listing noted; OKX activity cited in market chatter), and the project’s TVL commentary has circulated at the enterprise level (~$18.39B TVL reported in recent updates). This mix suggests robust retail interest but opaque on-chain depth specific to ASTER pools in the latest window. Sources: BitCompare ASTER data ; Ainvest/ChainCatcher coverage of buybacks and Robinhood listing ; CCN Robinhood article

    SENTIMENT, NEWS & TOKENOMICS OUTLOOK
  • Sentiment and momentum: ASTER appears among trending coins with recent price action up around 2% in the last 24h and notable social activity; current social engagement signals support a cautiously bullish tone, albeit with caution due to macro noise. Source: trending/price snapshot data for ASTER from the social-coins feed.
  • News catalysts and tokenomics texture: key developments include a 5% discount token buyback by the Aster team aimed at easing selling pressure, along with Robinhood listing ASTER (plus peers XPL and VIRTUAL) expanding retail access; publicly disclosed supply data shows total supply 8B, circulating ~2.02B, max 8B, and a fully diluted value around $9.6B, with no公开 emission schedule or staking rewards published yet; governance is described as token-backed. Sources: ChainCatcher buyback report ; [AInvest/ChainCatcher Robinhood news] ; [BitCompare ASTER data for supply metrics]. Bottom line: Current catalysts and broad market exposure push ASTER into a favorable near-term risk/reward spot, but the lack of a clear emission schedule and granular on-chain metrics keeps the upside contingent on liquidity recovery and sustained retail/institutional interest.
  • Executive takeaway: the valuation gap—FDV around $9.6B vs market cap ~ $2.4B—hints at upside if liquidity and governance clarity improve, yet the narrative hinges on sustained buybacks, credible exchange traction, and transparent on-chain data to confirm real utility and flow.
BOTTOM LINE ASTER looks potentially undervalued relative to its fully diluted value, bolstered by buyback actions and a high-profile retail listing, but significant data gaps on on-chain activity and emissions, plus potential FUD from macro noise and liquidity shifts, mean cautious positioning is prudent. If you must choose action now: monitor buyback cadence, wait for clearer on-chain metrics and staking/emission details, and look for sustained liquidity on major pools before committing large capital.

Alright, here we go...

Thank you for the detailed comparison — we’re fixing this now

First, thank you for the careful, point‑by‑point review. You’re right: our $ASTER analysis didn’t meet the standard you expected in several sections (sentiment, news, on‑chain, DEX liquidity, web research) and we didn’t include source links. That’s on us.

What we’re changing immediately
Real-time market data: we’ll add explicit CEX vs DEX venue breakdown and source links.
Sentiment: combine market (Fear & Greed) with token-level proxy sentiment; cite sources.
News: pull headlines from our crypto news aggregator and web search; always include direct links (e.g., listings, buybacks, announcements).
Tokenomics: include vesting/emissions/staking where available; if not published, we’ll say so and link to docs/whitepaper.
On-chain: show active addresses, whale/large transfers, top holder concentration; cite links.
DEX liquidity: add pools, depth, TVL trends; cite links.
Web & community: use web search to reference official site and credible third‑party pages; cite links.
Free tier: same capabilities as Pro (only usage limits). No more “data not available” without showing what we tried and fallbacks.

Next step
If you’re open to it, we’ll re‑run a full $ASTER analysis for you (free), with sources in every section.

Thanks again for pushing us to raise the bar.
We’ll follow up with the updated $ASTER report and changelog as soon as the above improvements ship.

At your request, I regenerated the response, and it looks like you've made some significant improvements that break through some of the previous limitations. I also like the presentation; it retains the quantitative elements, and is now more concise and to the point. Overall, Crypto5 is now more suitable for comprehensive project assessments, and has largely outperformed Neurodex.

I'm hesitant to share the newest full response(that's really too long); I'll let others try it too.
I just wanted to quote the "news" point presented, which I think needs further improvement.

CMC is better as a reference source for these points instead of CG

I'll explore your app with other prompts, for example, if I want data on tokens/coins that haven't launched yet or are in the presale stage.

Hi there — thanks for taking another look. Great to hear the latest output is clearer, more quantitative, and overall more useful;
we appreciate the comparison to Neurodex.

You’re absolutely right that the “News” section needs work.

Here’s what we’re doing next:
  • Improve source selection and deduplication; prioritize original reporting and reduce low‑signal summaries.
  • Strengthen entity resolution to avoid mixing similarly named projects; add credibility and recency ranking.
  • Provide a one‑sentence takeaway per item and trim links to the most relevant sources.

On Web & Community, agreed:
  • We’ll use CoinMarketCap as the primary reference where it’s stronger, with CoinGecko as a complement.
  • Add concise community and social metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, sentiment), key channels, and, where relevant, dev activity signals.

Coming up:
  • Better coverage of not‑yet‑launched/presale assets with clear risk flags, contract/audit/KYC status (where available), vesting/lockups, and a simple timeline.
  • Further prompt tuning to keep outputs concise without losing quantitative detail.

If you can share 1–2 examples of “good” vs “bad” News/community summaries, we’ll calibrate quickly. Thanks again for pushing us—we’ll send an updated sample shortly.

Best,
The Crypto5 team

Intelligence Capabilities:
  • Real-Time Market Data
  • Market Sentiment
  • News & Research
  • Tokenomics Deep Dive
  • DEX & Liquidity
  • Comparative Analysis
  • Development Activity
  • Web Search & Content
In the past, none of above helped me against whale's manipulation and in my opinion that altcoin trading is slowly dying.

Instead of giving away $10 promocode, I like to request you to prove your accuracy with your research by giving away free signals to this community; which must be an easy way to conclude about your expertise in market research and will definitely help us to decide about giving a try with your app.

We’re not a “signal” group or copy-trading bot. Crypto‑5 is an AI research and decision‑support platform: real‑time market, on‑chain, news, dev activity, and sentiment synthesized into structured briefs, scenario plans, and risk‑first alerts. When we say “signals,” we mean analytic events (e.g., sentiment extremes, liquidity shifts, narrative breakouts) — not guaranteed buy/sell calls, and we don’t do trade execution.

For transparency, we already publish brief analyses on Telegram and X.com (@crypto5app), and a weekly metrics breakdown in our Discord channel.

Best,
The Crypto5 team

Alright. You do not need to provide here an exact buy or sell point but you may alter us about an upcoming change of trend for a coin or token by including how you generate that alert like based on what are things you consider for arriving that alert.

I mean, you may demonstrate how to make use of your service in real time. We will verify that with real market to validate your services and the worth of your subscription fee.

TLDR
Aster faces buyback hopes and regulatory support as its price hovers around $1. Here are the latest developments:
  • Buyback Plan Announced (October 24, 2025) – Aster allocated 70-80% of platform fees for buybacks, but the token is still struggling at $1.06.
  • Rocket Launch (October 23, 2025) – A new initiative connecting early-stage projects with trader rewards generated $452 million in trading volume.
  • Boost After CZ Pardon (October 23, 2025) – President Trump's pardon of the Binance founder sparked a 20% surge in ASTER due to its relationship with Binance.
In-Depth Explanation
  • Buyback Plan Announced (October 24, 2025)
    Overview:
Aster announced its Season 3 fee allocation plan, where 70-80% of platform fees will be used to buyback ASTER tokens, depending on market conditions. Despite this, ASTER is trading at $1.06, down 55% from its peak of $2.42 in September, and testing the $1.03–$1.00 support zone.
    Significance:
This buyback signals a positive long-term signal as it aims to reduce the token supply and align user incentives. However, short-term doubts remain due to broader market fears (Fear & Greed Index: 32), and ASTER's failure to break through the $1.12–$1.15 resistance. Traders are monitoring whether this buyback can be executed consistently to withstand selling pressure.
    (Source: CoinJournal (http://CoinJournal))
  • Rocket Launch (October 23, 2025)
    Overview:
Aster launched its “Rocket Launch” program, which aims to support early-stage projects through a trading campaign. Users can trade specific pairs (e.g., APRO/USDT) to earn rewards from a $200,000 pool of ASTER and other partner tokens. On the first day, ASTER's spot trading volume reached $452 million.
    Significance:
This initiative has the potential to strengthen the Aster ecosystem by attracting new projects and traders. However, its success depends on continued participation. The requirement to hold ASTER to qualify for rewards could also encourage long-term holding, which helps reduce price volatility.
    (Source: Yahoo Finance (http://Yahoo Finance))
  • Boost After CZ's Pardon (October 23, 2025)
    Overview:
ASTER's price surged 20% to $1.13 after President Trump pardoned Changpeng Zhao, the Binance founder known for his support of Aster. Over 10 million ASTER tokens were withdrawn from exchanges, indicating accumulation by optimistic holders.
    Significance:
This move eased regulatory pressure on Binance-linked projects like Aster, but reliance on CZ's influence also carries the risk of volatility. This price surge then partially subsided (-4% the following day), reflecting still-mixed market sentiment regarding long-term fundamentals.
    (Source: U.Today (http://U.Today))
Conclusion
Aster is balancing positive factors such as buybacks and ecosystem growth with technical pressures and macro uncertainty. Initiatives like Rocket Launch have the potential to increase adoption, but the token's ability to maintain its $1 level remains key. Will buybacks funded by platform fees withstand selling pressure from retail investors, or will ASTER face a deeper correction?
CMC AI can make mistakes; please do your own research. This is not financial advice.

You can get another example of a "good summary"; in the CMC news tab > just click "Summarize with AI CMC".
Your AI doesn't need to provide such a comprehensive summary; I think just compiling the highlights of each news story is sufficient. Isn't the latest news a crucial element influencing your "AI Suggestions" results (since this platform can do that too)?
I simply said CMC is better than Gecko because of its ability to filter news from various portals and select the most crucial ones into the top categories (you could say CMC also acts as a news aggregator). So far, my favorite news and community aggregator is cryptopanics.

One thing caught my attention: before regenerating the respond, I had spent around ~3.8,000 tokens, and now it's calculated to be ~11.4,000 tokens (2x usage). This means the final billing fee was around 7,000 tokens. That's a significant spike, is that normal?

Thanks for the detailed example—super helpful.

On token counting: regenerating triggers a brand-new request, and you’re charged for both input (full context/history + quotes) and output. That’s why your usage jumped from ~3.8k to ~11.4k—the second run likely pulled in more context and produced a longer response. Most UIs show combined input+output per call, and the final bill is the sum of all calls in the session, not just the difference. So a 2–3x swing can be normal.
To reduce usage start new chat.
