I have written contract with Humerh3 and he did not perform but I do not know how to flag so I am posting here in hopes others can help me flag him. I am willing to send all the proof if needed. I will remove this post if he sends the items as agreed but he has been giving excuses like he was sent to army camp which is not cool since my brother in law was taken from his house and sent to the war so its not cool to lie about that. Anyway I need to let everyone know that Humerh3 has taken USDT and then not delivered. I see many warnings but no real proof of him no performing but I have the proof so I want to flag him. Thank you TH

You can use this topic as reference but make sure you update it with proof and screenshots showing how he scammed you before creating the flag otherwise it will be considered invalid.

yes see jolly now but would not have before since its in russian so i would miss it but all good just want others to really know...and gladly will update if he offers some kind of offset...it is weird he not spend the money from the USDT account i sent to....

With the amount of negative feedback + flags on his account, I doubt he would even bother to think of returning your funds, no matter how many scam accusation threads you make.
Charge to experience. At least now, you'll learn to check the trust feedback before doing any dealing with anyone in this forum. Some feedbacks may not be accurate but they still give ample amount of warning.

Honestly, you should’ve taken the warning OP. I see the user has over 8 negative tags/feedbacks already, I know some folks here dish out negative trust here baselessly, but 8 different people giving the same negative feedback should’ve been enough to convince you of the user’s misconduct.

Anyways, the user had already been flagged as a scammer, and I’m not sure anyone who takes the trust system seriously would wanna trade with such a person. Sorry for your loss though.

actually yes i do if the risk is minimal, risk vs reward is a daily part of life...and really the risk on what i spent was same risk as crossing the street in NYC...never been the kind of person who is happy sitting in their parents basement watching others experience life...not asking anyone help me get back any money so not sure why asking for procedural help would offend you but all good as always and I appreciate your reply, TH

my real warning sign should have been his user name....hummer h3 was a fake hummer...its really just a chevy colorado pretending to be a hummer....now if he had user name of humerh1...welllllll maybe then  ;D ::)

You must have read the other comments on the thread to know that it’s a scam. I guess you wanted “real proof” and now you’ve got it.

I see you created a flag, but you haven't posted any proof here showing how he scammed you, let alone the amount he scammed. In the future, another person will think the same way you were thinking. That you have to first see proof showing that Humerh3 scammed someone, or else the other feedback is irrelevant.

Sorry for your loss OP. It is all your fault for ignoring the trust flags created by reputable members of this platform. He has done something in the past which attracted that flag and tag on him and you should have asked questions before engaging with him to even send money to him without the services of an escrow.. It is unfortunate he might not even think of returning here or to talk of giving you your money back as his account is already flagged. Who knows if he has other accounts here which he uses as alt.

Maybe you should see this as a lesson to learn from and make sure you always use an escrow whenever you want to have something to do with funds with any member of this platform. Do not deal with anyone directly on this platform without any reputable member as an escrow.

So, of what use is your evidence to us. Since you don't believe others evidence, I don't also believe yours.

They are all right and in my opoinion, you would still deserve the blame even if there was no warning.

Sometimes it's obvious that someone is a scammer and we don't really need any warnings to figure that out.
Without any exception, anyone selling funded wallet files is a scammer and you should always avoid any get-rich-quick scheme.

never asked for anyone to feel sorry for me... i dont feel sorry for myself, i laugh at it...just trying to make sure someone who really cant afford to lose any milk and cookie money doesnt chase after him.....once i find the upload link my proof will be for all to see...in meantime you can see my 2 transfers here...0x85f083089e62972855e6c83133c4098d0c31e7f4...and they will directly link to my telegram chat with him where he issues offer with pricing and then instructs that address to send the usdt...

This particular scammer has been around the forum under variations of the same name for at least 7 years or so. He does have a lot of known Ethereum addresses, but this isn't one of him. The address has only ever received funds from exchanges, and has never made a withdrawal, so its hard to link him definitively to anything else. Maybe the other transfers are from other victims.

yes i know i wont get back the money and that is fine....just trying to get my proof loaded...he is fully mental as he is responding to my post as if i am doing private message advertising....and once you can read his replies in our chat after i ask where the passphrase and key i paid for are he respondes by saying he was taken to a russian army camp so he not at his PC, then later on his group chat he says he was at cyprus on vacation but at same time he sends another message to me private saying he was called into work and he works on camera....looks like he is very mentally unstable...

finally with your suggestion i got it figured....thank you.....

This guy is one of the longest-running scammers on Bitcointalk. I've Supported the Flag, it's active now and will add a nice warning to his topics for the coming 10 years :)
