I viewed the casino and it does seem to be weekly promotion, with only 1X wagering.

16000+ games i doubt, i went further to review the casino, according to review, what i see is 4000+ active games.

Cool drip Drippybet. I like the ANN presentation and the site design itself though there are some simple issues with the UI. For example, the chat support button on the bottom right is overlapping the promotions tab on mobiles. It needs to be moved to a better position.

It's natural that this casino has tens of thousands of games because looking at the provider alone is very complete, this is a bit different from other casinos only with well-known providers.

But it seems we won't be able to explore that many games.

Yeah, if a casino has a sportsbook then it's already competitive because there are a lot of sports betting fans.

This is what is on their website -

Total Wagering to be done = $120 x 25 = $3000

You can play the entire $240 bonus balance in eligible games to complete this requirement.
While playing, if the bet size >$50, then it will be counted as $50 of wagering. If bet size is <$1, then that bet won't be counted as wagering.
Once you complete $3000 of wagering, your bonus balance will be automatically transferred to the real money balance. At the time of this transfer however a cap of $120 x 3 = $360 will be applicable.

Looks like a x25 wagering where bets less than $1 do not count and those greater than $50 are rounded up. Maybe the OP here can give us some clarity.

That's quite difficult to complete as you need 50 bucks or more each bet to be counted. Honestly, even 10x wagering, I would say, your bankroll is already busted at that period. So don't expect much from this bonus because mostly, you will be tempted by such offering, however, would be too hard to accomplish this requirement. For the players, don't easily get attracted with such bonus, think if it is possible to complete their requirements and at least earn from such bonus. Because most of the time, you won't get out alive - meaning, you can't get to the stage of withdrawing from such bonus.

I think it's an intentional act for new and some old casinos to make their sign-up process very easy because they expect new users not to find any challenge trying to onboard their platform, so maybe that is not very impressive to me.

I frequently visit the archive board where designers test their work, and i remember see ANN thread design for Drippybet. The desgner also tested signatures for the new brand. About the brand name choice, I searched about its meaning as it's the first time i heard about. In English dictionary, it's an adjective that means something ugly or dirty like saying "drippy outfit". But in the slang language, it means the opposite meaning. I am not a native speaker, maybe english native can provide a better answer.

I also noticed this. The loading screen and the overall design seems familiar. However, I have noticed the same on many other casinos. So, this doesn’t necessarily mean it isn’t  genuine. Maybe just a lack of creativity..

Edit: It seems their live chat/support is not available around the clock. I tried to reach their live support and it says they are not available right now, but it doesn’t say when they will be back!

This is only an issue if you want to bet with a low amount just to farm wagering and withdraw the bonus. But for people who like to gamble it's a very good offer because many people already gamble with more than $50 at each time.

True, I am not accusing them of being a scam or something like that but in order to build a brand name that could potentially grow over time, they need to be honest from the word go and not copy other brands

That's what I know too in today's slang. But seeing the line "get drip on every win", it made me think of how people use the term "juice". For instance, when someone wins/get rewards, I've seen folks refer to it as juice as well e.g. "that's extra juice". And "drip" in literal meaning is liquid droppin' so both are related in some way as well. 🤔

Why do you say they are copying other brands? Many casinos use the same or similar casino script because you don't need to reinvent the wheel and code a new casino out of the zero unless you need to. Better to use one that companies sell which is already tested and has a good security against hacks.

Try to read your terms of service, especially regarding KYC deposits and withdrawals. I have noticed it's a KYC casino, and during withdrawal you will ask for the KYC verification. However, it doesn't matter since users already know it's KYC. But you haven't asked for KYC before making a deposit; it's better to complete verification before making a deposit. So the user will be well aware of your KYC policy.

I am curious why there will be withdrawal limits for monthly. I would agree to a daily limit of €5,000 if someone wins 10x his total deposit. But it's quite low as a monthly limit, especially for whale gamblers. They would make big deposits, and they might win bigger amounts as well. But if you limit the withdrawal, then it's really useless. It's not your funds, and you can't limit them in such a way; when they are losing, you don't have any terms, but there's a lot of drama when they withdraw funds.

I think they are just trying to stay liquid and prevent a situation where one or more players win massive amounts and empty most of their reserves. That would then affect the entire userbase and many more players would experience issues and delays when withdrawing because there isn't enough money in the bank. Their pockets might not be as deep as those of some more popular casino brands.

I noticed that your live support is offline now when I made a visit right before I made this post. You should make this feature 24/7 as much as possible since customers have different time zones. It’s sucks to encounter an issue on time zone that your support was offline.

I faced similar issue while trying to connect to their customer support yesterday. Apparently it was offline and once again, it's offline now! This needs to be fixed asap. As far as i remember, we are asked to leave a message in case they are offline and I remember dropping a "hi", and now that I revisit their site, the previous message is gone,  and i'm not sure how to continue the conversation or do I start anew again and wait. This would be annoying as hell if that happens.. ???

I already see you have a running signature campaign which would help to boost your presence here and give you the required visibility you desire. I had to visit your casino to see for myself how your feature works. The first thing I could also observe is that your customer support service is very poor, you kept a bot there to be receiving customers and prospects who visits. However the request for name isn't  convenient and also email is not alright and I believe I am speaking the minds of many people out there so maybe you should employ individuals who could do the job of a customer representative this could save you some stress of losing traffic to your casino.

I have visited this casino twice (yesterday morning and today's evening in my timezone) but the live support is offline in both 2 different timeframe.
Not sure when the working time for the live support, if they have specific limited working hours then they should inform players/visitors by giving a warning message related to the working/effective hours to contact live support.
Cashback is good but it comes with 1x wagering requirement, not sure if it is a common terms but as per my experience in some casinos, cashback is usually a wager free.
However 1x wager requirement for cashback is still reasonable as it wont be that hard to wager 1x of the amount because it is usually the same requirement for deposits in most casinos.

I have confidence on DrippBet teams that they will increase the number of promoters in the future,  because they have good casino players will like to visit whenever they want to visit any casino in the forum.

This could be a valid explanation since OP didn't reply to cryptovator comment in his last reply, but this can't be a reason that everybody can deal with, especially in a very competitive market. Why should anybody chose such a brand new casino with such limits when he can keep playing in long established platforms? If you don't have enough liquidity, you can postpone lunch until filling your wallet. This industry isn't for small projects.

At this point, I'm not even sure whether their support assistants are ever online. Btw, this is my third day trying, and I still haven't seen them online, visited their site on different times...they always seems offline!
At the same time, it would have been better if they had any alternative solutions, like having an "active" representative here. But so far their BTT account is also lacking activeness, made only 3 posts to this date!

I just tried now and also there is no live agent. I sent a message but nothing was replied, I think it's just a normal ticket system and no one is there to answer immediately like other casinos. What ticket system? There isn't even a history of previous messages or old session id or anything that can be used later to identity the issue. You send them message while they are offline and when you comeback, it's gone. What's the point then? Same thing happened with me. I already sent them a message a day or two ago. No respond from that either and still counting. The minimum they can do it at least assign a assistant who can be active here for 12 hours only..

Did you check the "Conversation" tab?
In the chat window, if you click on the Conversation button, you will be able to see your previous conversations with live support. I’m not sure if those conversations have an expiration date, though.
Also, it seems they have a ticket system, because when you start a new conversation, you will be automatically asked to provide a nickname and an email address. If you enter a valid email, you will instantly receive a message with a ticket number.

In addition to not having enough liquidity, and by not answering important comments here, this is another detail that proves you are not ready for official lunch, and by lunching promotional campaigns, you may damage your reputation intentionally. I wonder why you didn't postpone lunch until completing all missions. Offering support is a fundamental task as the casino is 24/7 live and there is no mention that the support isn't available full time.

Yes, please get someone to be active at least when there are more users. When people need help they can't be happy waiting more than 24 hours for a support answer.

I think you have understood it wrongly. The user can bet between $1 to $50 and that will be counted as is. It's just that above $50 bet size will be counted as $50. That is just to prevent the scenario where accelerated completion of wagering can be done. This happens when someone wins a big amount suddenly in a slot round, which can go upto 3000x (we have witnessed that). Then they can practically complete the wagering requirement in even 2-3 round only. So it has been designed to balance out the risk and reward ratio.
