Hey guys, I’m new here and looking for some advice or opinions about an issue I’m having with BC.Game.

A few days ago, I deposited around $600 and managed to win up to $1,000. When I tried to withdraw, they asked me to complete KYC verification. I did it on my laptop — scanned my ID and successfully passed the face video check.

The problem started when I had to upload a proof of address. It got rejected six times even though I tried three different documents. Now my account is stuck as “not verified,” and I can’t withdraw because I’ve reached the document submission limit.

I think the main issue might be that I used my Mac’s front camera, which flipped my ID image (so it scanned mirrored). Now BC.Game won’t let me resubmit KYC again. Live chat support told me to contact the recovery team, but I’m a bit afraid they might lock my account completely — I’ve seen similar stories on this forum.

My country isn’t restricted, and I can still log in and play normally, but obviously I don’t want to keep playing if I can’t withdraw in case I win again.

Has anyone dealt with something similar?
What’s the best way to solve this without losing access to my account or funds?

Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, it was unlocked not long after my contact look into the matter. You get one last chance to perform KYC, please use this opportunity wisely. If I may explain and give a slight pointer, the previous KYC attempts were rejected because you uploaded documents that's older than three months. Please upload the most recent statement.

I just uploated statement from this month from revolut-rejected then from my main bank also last month statement and it was rejected. I dont know what to do as i dont want to fail again.

If you want to, you can send me the PDF [upload them to google drive] that you'll upload to BC, I'll run it to my contact and get them to see if it's good or the document itself has an issue [there was a case where documents keep getting rejected because the bank was a digital bank and has no physical brick-and-mortar office].

I tried my 3rd bank statement and worked. Again cant tell how thankfull i am. :)

Do I understand correctly that you've submitted your documents for advanced KYC and they've marked your KYC submission as verified, that your account is now fully verified? Thus, your situation is now resolved?
