I saw that Ford was moving out of the USA because of the tariffs. I wonder if Trump will loan me the money to buy the Ford plants and start manufacturing cars in America? Grin

Cool

You will be hearing and reading plenty of things BA. But there is one thing that you probably know: It is you paying for the show. Trump won't. The shareholders of the companies will take their money somewhere else, the millionaires will take their money and be protected by generous tax exemptions, the poor will be too poor to pay and will be worried about their medicaid not comming...

A said, if you live in China, you are all right until the war. If you cannot hide your gold as the "freeman" you claim to be... well, time to pay.

That's what it's all about. The Bible says that faith comes by hearing, and hearing comes by the word of Christ. So, it's what one believes that counts. Not necessarily what he hears.

Maybe you are one of the few who has an 'in' with those who are going to be able to extend life indefinitely. But if you are, you are simply postponing the punishment for not believing in God. Of course, you might change to believe in Him somewhere along the line. And that is what all of us Christians are hoping for, so that you can be saved.

Magic mushrooms may hold the secret to longevity: Psilocybin extends lifespan by 57% in groundbreaking study

https://www.naturalnews.com/2025-07-10-magic-mushrooms-may-hold-the-secret-to-longevity.html
Could the key to a longer, healthier life lie in an age-old psychedelic compound? Emerging research suggests that psilocybin—the active ingredient in magic mushrooms—does more than expand consciousness; it may drastically slow aging at the cellular level. A pioneering study from Emory University reveals that psilocin, the metabolized form of psilocybin, extended the lifespan of human cells by up to 57% while preserving critical anti-aging markers.

Key points:

Psilocin-treated human fibroblast cells lived up to 57% longer, with preserved telomere length—a key biomarker linked to aging.

Aged mice given monthly doses of psilocybin showed 60% higher survival rates and improved physical markers like restored fur quality.

The compound enhances SIRT1 (the "longevity protein"), reduces oxidative stress, and stabilizes DNA—suggesting multi-faceted anti-aging benefits.

Experts warn these findings are preliminary but signal a revolutionary shift in gerontology research.

Science meets mysticism: The longevity link of magic mushrooms

Psychedelics have long been dismissed as fringe substances, relegated to the counterculture shadows. But modern science is now dismantling these outdated biases, revealing psilocybin's astonishing potential beyond mental health applications. The Emory study tested what researchers call the "psilocybin-telomere hypothesis"—a bold proposal that this humble fungus might literally slow time at the cellular level.

Telomeres—the protective caps at the ends of chromosomes—act like a biological hourglass, shortening with each cell division until they trigger cellular senescence (aging). Excitingly, psilocybin appears to preserve these telomeres, effectively hitting the pause button on decay. How? By activating serotonin receptors (5-HT2A) that initiate a domino effect of repair: ramping up antioxidants, reducing inflammation, and shielding DNA from oxidative damage—the very hallmarks of aging.

From petri dishes to fur restoration: The data speaks

The study's human fibroblast cells treated with psilocin didn't just survive—they thrived, outliving control groups by over half. Even more compelling? Aged mice given monthly psilocybin doses saw 60% higher survival rates and startling physical reversals: restored fur quality, reduced graying, and improved mobility.

Dr. Louise Hecker, the study's lead researcher, tells StudyFinds: "Given the plethora of positive clinical outcomes already observed in over 150 trials, I'm very confident these findings can translate to humans."

Her optimism isn't baseless. Psilocybin's multi-pronged approach—boosting the "longevity protein" SIRT1, stabilizing DNA, and reducing oxidative stress—suggests it doesn't just target one aging pathway but recalibrates the entire system. Unlike pricey pharmaceuticals with narrow mechanisms (and side effects), psilocybin offers something radical: a holistic, nature-derived solution.

Seems that, Zelensky, not having been able to receive fast enough help from the West, has turned on his Western puppet-masters. In order to save his own corrupt practices, he has forcefully shut down the US ant-corruption organization in Ukraine, that was getting too close to finding out the truth.

Now Z is making strange overtures to Russia... his position as Ukraine president to be maintained by Russia, in return for letting Russia have the half of Ukraine that they have been looking for.

The whole thing is rather difficult to understand. If you are truly interested watch the first half of "Military Summary"'s Youtube Channel at...

Yep. Russia is being pushed to the point where they will have to start using Oreshnik soon. And they are just about ready, since mass manufacturing of Oreshnik has already started.

And the Burevestnik nuclear engine equipped cruise missile is just about ready to go into mass production... can stay in the air for many days without refueling; can fly at 300 feet or less; low altitude makes it virtually untrackable.

With a military ally like China, if the war has to really start with NATO and Europe, Europe is finished. Moscow considers that WW3 has already literally started. When Russia moves, nothing will stop her except wholesale destruction of the West.

Cool

Again your obsession with the Oreshnik. Again, this is an ICBM that cannot carry conventional load, it costs 18 million a pop and is technology from the 60´s and offeres ZERO effectivity in a conventional war.

If Ruzzia thought it would be convenient to use, it would have already been used.

That's why Russia is mass manufacturing Oreshnik.

In a lot of areas and towns along the front, before Russia attacked an area, they dropped a bunch of paper fliers warning citizens that they were going to attack an area.

Russia should drop fliers all over Ukraine, and then give the people two months to move to Germany or Poland or Belarus or some other country or even Russia. Anybody who wanted to stay in Ukraine by choice, would have to put up with what would follow.

Then Russia should simply use Oreshnik to wipe out all the cities and towns of Ukraine and let it be done.

Of course, all this seismic activity might launch the 'Dead Hand' nukes at the US, but it was the fault of the US in the first place.

With Ukraine wiped clean, Russia can help rebuild her and invite the people back.

Cool

Russia considers the 'war' against Ukraine to be something similar to a civil war. Ukraine and Russia have a long history (hundreds of years) of being together, almost like one country. Russia is simply trying to purge Ukraine from NATO and Western involvement.

Gradually it is coming out into the open, even in Western controlled media, that this is a fact. The 1.7 million deaths of Ukraine troops can't be swept under the rug as if it didn't happen. And even though the Ukrainian people are becoming more and more against the war, Zelensky and his Western puppet masters don't care. Kill them all, as long as we take Russia down and steal the Russian lands from the Russian people.

This has been going on for a long time... the Western push to take over Russia. You can easily see it in Who financed the Bolsheviks - https://duckduckgo.com/?q=who+financed+the+bolsheviks%3F&ia=web.

The West hasn't stopped. They slowed down at times, always looking for a new way that might work better than the last thing they tried. Ukraine is simply the latest attempt by the West. They don't care about the lives of the Ukrainian people.

That is the only person reporting it. Most likely a fake.

I haven't found any corroboration, either. But I haven't looked everywhere.

Regarding how we feel, or what we believe about the Ukraine war - or anything for that matter - we need to be more diligent in our searches on opposing opinions and beliefs.

The Necessity of Being a Well-Rounded Person… and How to Pull It Off

https://freemansperspective.com/necessity-well-rounded-person-pull-off/
The more we express and defend our own opinions, the more we tend to get locked into them. And that part can be a problem, because none of us – not even the best of us – knows enough to claim that his or her opinions are beyond questioning.

No matter how sure we are about something, we need to leave an opening for better information to change our minds. Most often we'll need only modify a long-held opinion, but we have to be ready to jettison anything that doesn't stand up against new information.

Where we hit danger is when we become set in our ways and can't let things go. That problem tends to get worse with age, with persecution, or if we become well-known for a particular opinion. But whatever way it comes, being overly devoted is a grave problem.

The most common threat, however, is considering oneself part of a group and being so emotionally tied to the group that you lack the emotional strength to disregard it.

Ask anyone who has left a strong and clannish religious group how hard it was. They know. The people who quit such groups have to face losing all their friends at once. That takes guts, and such people deserve credit for what they did.

Political, academic, or other types of groups can become clannish and controlling in just the same ways, of course.

All such pressures are poisons, and protecting ourselves from them, in my opinion, is a duty we owe to ourselves, our friends, and to the truth itself.

How to Pull It Off

It's one thing to say, "Don't allow yourself to get clannish," but making it a practical reality is something else.

I have three specific tools that have worked for me, and I'll pass them along to you.

#1: Stay warm to the opposite view. Pay attention to opposing viewpoints, but not with the intent of chopping them up. Face them sympathetically. You don't have to read every opposing viewpoint, but when you find one that seems to be clear and thoughtful, stop and check it out. More than that, try to find some good in it. Stay open and reject us/them imagery. What matters is the truth, not who says it.

#2: Keep friends who don't believe the same as you. Make sure you spend quality time with people who don't share your views. Make those people your friends… and I mean actual friends, people you come to care about.
...

Isn't this a meta worthy post since it's talking about the moderation policy?
I think it is also better to indicate the link of the thread from which the post was deleted so that it is easy to determine the reason the posts could have been deleted.

Nobody is questioning the policy. It's just a method to get some of the posts published for people who would like to see them, in the Politics & Society where they belong. If moderators want to delete them again, they certainly will find a way to do it. I'm not complaining.

Lol... I never imagined this is the reason you created this thread. Just like JeromeTash, I thought this is a protest thread and was thinking why you didn't take it to the meta board.

But people reading your deleted posts here will not actually be able to connect them because they are actually from different threads of different contexts. Also, bringing them here means you still want people to read them. It could be that they were not supposed to be deleted at first. You can seek clarity from the board mod to avoid future occurrence.

Your posts are being deleted mainly because you are posting them in the wrong place. This is called "off-topic." Learn to post your thoughts without breaking the rules, and no one will delete your posts.

For example, what does information about mushrooms have to do with the topic "No Kings parade celebrated - people reject authoritarian Trump (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5546780.0)"? And so on...

P.S. This topic does not belong here, I will move it to the archive. You can provide a link to this topic to those who want to read your "creativity."

Two things here, I never expected that OP you made a continuous post on the wrong board, at least this should be one of the advantages of being an established member, by now we expected that most of your doings should have been mostly on a perfected rates, however, am.nkt requesting the moderator here, but suggesting that instead of deleting, they could have just been moved to the right place, my honest opinion for both sides.

It's not a protest thread. It's a method to see the links and the information.

Sure, it would have been better to see the posts where they were. And, certainly, something will be lost doing it this way, but nobody knows why a post was deleted. Usually the moderator who deleted them didn't give a clear reason. It could be that another member complained, and the moderator agreed with them. Or it could be that the thread was controlled by the OP of that thread, and they simply didn't like my post.

At least this way, the info is out there under another thread for folks to take a look if they want.

Certainly, I may make a mistake now and again, and post something in the wrong place. However, the thread that held the mushroom info, was (best as I can tell) a response to a member responding to me. There was wording before the 'mushroom' part that I believed was enhanced by the mushroom part. Obviously, a moderator didn't think the way I did.

I'm not complaining about a moderator's thoughts and actions. I'm simply showing some information, a lot of which has to do with Politics and Society directly.
