Title: BC GAME IS A SCAM. NOT REFUND MY MONEY Post by: MONTROLIX on November 08, 2025, 11:42:03 AM Hi everyone, I'm here to tell you that BC GAME is a scam. They always use the same tricks to avoid paying.
I won some money, and suddenly my account was (possibly) hacked; someone tried to change my 2FA. I immediately requested a block. My account was blocked and the funds were protected, but when I sent all my information容mail, IP address, phone number, etc.葉hey then asked for a KYC to continue. They allowed me to play without a KYC and even withdraw money in the past. Now they're asking for a KYC. I have no intention of doing so. I provided all the necessary information; there's a deposit wallet that I've proven to be my property. It's been a month, and they still reply by email every three days. A real shame! Can anyone help? Title: Re: BC GAME IS A SCAM. NOT REFUND MY MONEY Post by: Shishir99 on November 08, 2025, 01:08:28 PM They allowed me to play without a KYC and even withdraw money in the past. Now, BC game requests a KYC to verify that you are the correct owner of the account. What is wrong with that? You know that they are a KYC-based casino, and they can request a KYC at any time, and as a player, you agreed to their TOS, and you will complete the KYC. So what is wrong with that? I don't see how they scammed you here. You should complete the KYC process if you want to retrieve your funds. If you do not want your funds, that is fine. But do not say Bc game scammed you just because they asked for your KYC and you do not want to comply with their rules. Title: Re: BC GAME IS A SCAM. Kyc have nothing to do with the account hack. I give them all the info requested and them accept it. If I haven't set the kyc they can't ask me the kyc like proof of possession. It's not a proof. They use the same trick with all, and the hack for me it's not casual. Title: Re: BC GAME IS A SCAM. So how do you propose for BC to be completely sure that the account is now in total control of the original owner, and that it's safe to return the access, instead of the hacker? Just like how do you propose that can assure us here on the forum that you're the original owner instead of the hacker who complained because you have no way to bypass the KYC, thus, this thread. I remember their Terms and Conditions states taht they can request KYC whenever they want, so the account getting hacked while it is unverified doesn't really matter if they ask KYC now. If you ask me, I have a feeling you are gambling from a restricted region or have already have another account that is verified.Kyc have nothing to do with the account hack. If the casino doesn't ask for identity verification, don't you think the hacker will be happy to use your money? Forget about the hack. Didn't you read in their TOS that bc.game is a centralized licensed casino? And that the casino has the ability to enforce the KYC verification process at anytime? Title: Re: BC GAME IS A SCAM. Can anyone help? It is very sad, and unfortunately, similar cases have been mentioned several times in case of BC.Game. It is a classic scheme, as soon as users gain a respectable sum of money, the service immediately suggests new KYC or prevents the withdrawals in the name of the security check. When they did not require KYC to deposit, play, and withdraw money before, but required it after a major win, the question of fairness and transparency becomes highly questionable. You did the correct thing in asking promptly a block and giving a demonstration of ownership to your deposit wallet. Yet, when they continue to procrastinate by giving repetitious answers, more likely, it is a strategy to wear you out or dishearten you. I would encourage you to post your case in the Scam Accusations text with connection of screenshots and timestamps, so other members and moderators can access your case. The more the cases are recorded, the more the pressure mounts on such forums to rectify their corrupt actions. Stay cautious. Title: Re: BC GAME IS A SCAM. First, this thread is already on Scam Accusations, so that suggestion is not needed, not sure why it's even mentioned. Though the suggestion to add screenshots and all is very much welcomed. Second, it's not the casino that procrastinate. They require proof of identity [KYC] to be sure that the account is already back to the player's possession, OP is the one that refuses and "procrastinate" that. |
