Title: 9000 inr deposit not credited ( could u help holydarkness) Post by: johnsnowaegon on November 13, 2025, 08:18:04 PM hello ' i have made inr fiat 9000rs deposit on 5th november but deposit not credited to my bc.game account so i complaint and raised ticket few days later they told me ticket and info you provide not same ,Despite providing full proof of payment and repeated follow-ups through your support system (Ticket #9395255), my deposit has not been credited. their support team has acknowledged the transaction but is refusing to verify it using the UTR, claiming that the UPI ID is “masked.”so i Provide them their merchant UPI id by contacting my bank still they not helping at all

It is marked as failed by 06:32:28, and later marked as successfull by [circa] 08:41, may I know what did you do in between that change the status of "failed" to "successfull"? https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/11/13/UPnj83.png (https://www.talkimg.com/image/UPnj83) https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/11/13/UPnoUa.png (https://www.talkimg.com/image/UPnoUa) Title: Re: 9000 inr deposit not credited ( could u help holydarkness) Post by: holydarkness on November 13, 2025, 09:30:33 PM see where it shows transaction succesfull on top green area that was PHonpe app for transaction upi and u can see transaction successful 6:32 pm and on the bc game panel it shows failed but u can see order created 6:32 pm thats when i made transaction through bc game payment gateway i try to contact them on X they blocked me i mailed them on every mail they have still no reply , after ticket was failed i re raised ticket now its still in processing with no update , last time had same issue 1000Rs deposit re raise tickey even after 2 month no resolution that was on another account ammount was not that big so i dont want to take hasssle but now amount is large and they doing same scam,they say merchant not recieved ,even my bank confirms merchant recieved the payment ,its not that i made payment from outside bc game ,done payment with same methd still got that issue .i told to verify via upi and UTR instead they gave me same replies over and over again Sorry for my oversight for the timestamp on the green line. The questio remains, though: do you mind to tell me what did you do on that above order that made the transaction from marked as "failed" to "successful"? I need to know this as I need to trace your step and "be you" when I talk with my contact on fiat to discuss your situation. it often happens with upi, the tx gets debited but gets stuck in payment gateway pool if it has been more than t+7 days, then file a complaint with ur bank and they will cancel the tx and money will be back in ur account note: t+7 working days Title: Re: 9000 inr deposit not credited ( could u help holydarkness) Post by: holydarkness on November 14, 2025, 05:37:16 PM Please remove the third image from both of your latest post for safety reason. I'll escalate this to my contact and get them to look into it. Please hold a little. And uhh... bad news is, it's Friday, so most likely than not, they can only proceed come Monday. For this matter, it's not because of my preference to leave my contacts alone during their weekend, it's because these cases [and this contact] deals with fiat-natured matter, of which fiat departments across the globe close during the days that begin with "S". For the time being though, mind to inform me your UID?
