It seems like the website is under Cloudflare protection, and it's been a few minutes already. I am trying to pass the Cloudflare human verification. I am using the raw internet without any Proxy services or VPN. Yet, I am unable to access the website due to the Cloudflare.

We don’t prohibit the use of a VPN, but we are required to detect the origin of connections to ensure compliance with our licensing and Terms & Conditions.

So, while you’re welcome to use a VPN for privacy, if the underlying IP traces back to a restricted jurisdiction, the platform won’t allow gameplay. It’s simply part of our regulatory obligations, not a loophole or contradiction.

I was able to access the platform, and I must admit that, honestly, this is one of the nicest and cleanest UIs I have seen in a while. I mean, I really liked it. It appears that the casino also offers in-house games, and the design is quite distinctive. I've just signed up and verified my email address. It's kind of VPN restrictions. I am wondering how you will detect the origin of the connection when using a VPN, because VPNs are used to hide the origin of the connection through a proxy network. So you will see the proxy IP on your website panel. I can understand users could use a VPN where Zesty Bet isn't restricted, which means using a free VPN that doesn't allow selecting a specific country can't be use. You should clearly explain it in your terms. Just don't block an account for breaking terms before explaining the terms in detail.

However, it seems you are in a hurry. Your presence on Bitcointalk should be professional, no matter you need more times to make everything ready. Because the first impression is the last impression, as I always think. Hope your marketing team is experienced enough to brand your platform; it's very important before a massive promotion. Also be honest if users face any difficulties regarding VPN.

I actually didn't notice the live chat button because of its logo/icon. Typically, the casino support icons are represented by headphones or a chat icon. However, in your case, the support icon is different, representing the Zesty logo, which is why I was a bit confused. Since the website community chat is on the right side, it will be overlapped by the live chat if a player opens it. I would recommend moving the live chat button to the bottom left corner and also including it in the menu, in case a player misses the Icon.

Yes, I understand that the wager requirement applies only to the in-built community chat. It makes sense to have some wagering requirements so you can avoid spammers who may want to post links from several accounts. I think it is pretty standard these days.

I've checked out your site and explored some of the features. But I noticed that the Sports section is still marked as "coming soon" so it can't be accessed yet. Just curious when that feature will be available.
I also noticed that users need to complete KYC before making a withdrawal. I just want to confirm whether KYC is mandatory or only in certain conditions?

Seems that you visited the site on mobile browser, as I also see the green Z logo for the live support button but when I accessed the site on my tablet, the logo for the live support is using the most common logo (human with headphone). I havent tried to access with my PC, so I have no idea what is the logo for the live support.

Nope, I am not on my mobile at this moment. I was accessing their website from my PC, and the Z logo is still on the bottom right side as they mentioned. I have not visited the website from a mobile device yet, so I am unsure of the icon's location on the mobile version. It would be best if they could change the support icon. Even if they do not change it, I would still suggest that they move the support button to the bottom left corner and add the support button to the menu for better navigation.

So in plain terms, we can use a VPN if we want, but if the IP is from a banned country, tough luck, it won’t work. Yeah not really a loophole, your just reliant to compliance. You’re absolutely right about the icon. Since we use the Zesty logo for live support, it can sometimes blend in with the design, especially with the community chat sitting on the right side. To avoid that confusion, we’ve also added the Live Support option inside the profile dropdown menu, so even if someone misses the floating icon, they can still access support instantly from there.

Regarding the community chat and wagering requirement — spot on again.

I just signed up and noticed my username was extracted from my email. This could pose a security issue for those who may need to share their email publicly for whatever reason. Someone could make out the full email from the info available, much better to use randomly generated characters which the user can then change later on if they want to.

One thing I didn't liked was your T&C page. It felt really messy and unorganised and I was having difficulties reading all those wall of text without any proper spacing. Just look at the ss below. The website is very fast and smooth. It was very nice to see that the frontend was made with NextJS. Hide details from other users, Hide name from live bet, and Hide name from leaderboard are commendable options. The color combination of the website is nice. It would have been good to have a demo play option, and also beneficial for the users if they could see the demo before playing some games.

That is a contradiction because the main purpose of using a VPN is to hide the IP address, if that is the case and when KYC is not required, then the restriction is already defeated. But it is dangerous to use the platform if you are from a restricted country because when big win occurs, they might request  KYC which will be a big problem that will lead to your funds being seized.

Op you did a professional work on the announcement thread. And I also visit the casino and it is not bad but you need to ask for review from the forum users to tell you what they found out and what you need to add. And another thing is, the loading of the site is slow because of the cloudflare. As casino you can remove the cloudflare to avoid delay when signing in.

If the problem is with cloudflare loading, i think there are other solution instead of disabling it. Cloudflare helps repelling Ddos attack.

That is where KYC helps the casinos. They have some restricted regions, and if they allow VPN usage, I am sure they will trigger the KYC if they notice that you ever accessed their website from a restricted region. So, whenever you use a VPN, make sure you do not use a server that is banned by the casino already. I mostly use Indian server since most of the countries allow players from India. Otherwise I use raw internet since most countries allow my country as well. If you are not from a restrcited region and the casino does not have any bad intentions, you are fine. If that happened to you, it probably means the 6% Instant Cashback only applies to certain games. The game you played Baccarat which is a Casino/Live Casino game usually only gets around 1% cashback.
This is just my guess, because most online casinos give different cashback rates for different types of games. So the 6% is likely meant for Slot games only.

Regarding the username suggestion, that’s a fair point. We’re already reviewing a few onboarding changes, including giving users full control over their chosen display name so nothing auto-pulls from email by default. But currently you can change your username without other users seeing it before playing on the platform, just change it in your profile in the interim before placing a bet. Only place a user can see your username is if you type in the player chat or do not have your username hidden from the weekly/monthly leaderboard or live bets feed which you can turn to anonymous.

As for the captcha issue - totally hear you. That Cloudflare verification has been a pain for some users, and it’s already been flagged with our tech team. We’re working on a smoother solution, so people don’t get stuck before even seeing the site.

Regarding Cloudflare - totally understand the point about the loading delay. It can be annoying for sure. The main reason we can’t remove it is because Cloudflare is one of the strongest protections against DDoS attacks and bot activity. Without it, casinos are extremely vulnerable to downtime, fake traffic, and security threats, which could affect both players and the platform.

That said, we’re working with our devs to fine-tune the settings so it’s less intrusive and loads faster without compromising security.

For me, let us give them the benefit of the doubt. They put the effort to get licensed by the Gaming Board Of Anjouan. It is not very popular licensing authority, but we have seen some casinos being licensed by this body. Because we are all familiar with Curacao license.
