I see there's already a similar thread, just posted by a different person. I'm not sure why you decided to create a new one. May I know what your role is in this casino, are you the owner? My suggestion is to use the old thread instead, since it has been running for quite a while. Simply bump it or post an update to bring it back up.

I am facing some problems while browsing the website from my phone.

The first problem is the responsive issue. I am not able to logout my account from my phone because the logout button is covered by the bottom navigation bar. I don't know if this is only happening on my phone. I am using iphone 8 model. If there is a scrollbar in the menu that opens after clicking on the profile, the problem might be solved.

The second problem is that even though I am logged in, I can still go to the login page through the url if I want. This is confusing. I think that if the user is already logged in, it should be automatically redirected to the home page.

Was thinking that I saw this site's ANN in the forum before and LM cleared up that confusion nicely. I like the green theme of the site though the promotions on the sports betting side aren't appealing at all.

That could be cause of a network glitch, I experienced similar situations as I just recently joined the platform, it was very slow in loading and when I input my password to login it redirect me to input password again but I had to switch my network and realised that it was a glitch.
 My own problem is solved and I've successfully signed in and changed my username from the initial one given by the platform, you can do similar thing too and if it's still sam e then  you can further complain to the customer support. Anyways I just hope that more networks should be added for the USDT asides ERC 20, TRC 20, SOL and BEP 20. Also, the email verification should be one time instead of whenever a customer tries to sign up

Welcome to the forum. In the sports section I cannot see where to check for matches starting in the next 24 hours, just live ones and it should be easier to toggle between the different leagues than it is.

You should try the basic options of fixing that, a different browser or clearing your cache. Your network is fine, so you do not need to fix that and I can access the casino from my end, meaning it is not a general issue.

Your announcement thread is good and I visit your casino and it load smart but the home page design is not attractive and that is not withstanding what matter is the legitness of the website or the casino. When I checked the casino in casino review sites, and it was not favorable when I see the reviews in Trustpilot. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/cybbet.com. though Trustpilot is not trusted because they have compromised their reviews still it is not favourable to see those negative reviews there.

I can confirm that browsing the casino on handheld device is very slow. Just clicking different categories of the casino takes a lot of time to load and sometimes result to loading error.

I tried it on multiple browser but the result is still the same. I don’t know if the experience on PC browser is still the same but there’s a high chance that this is a problem on server side since I have fast internet connection.

I didn’t experience any issues while browsing the website and navigating through its different tabs/windows.
The only issue I have noticed is that when you open the website by entering its url, it only shows the “Mega Wins” sectionand and below it the “All Bets” / “High Rollers” sections. But if you click on the homepage icon, you will be able to see the different games they offer although both are supposed to display the same content!

My complaint is I tried to load the casino, and it's 5 minutes now, the page hasn't loaded yet other websites are loading Okay.

Its been a while since my last play in this casino (maybe 2 weeks ago), there was no problem in loading the page as it was quick enough within few seconds. After I read your post, I tried to access it and seems that you are right. It loads slow, few minutes but still loading and there is like a big black text on the top of the page while loading but I could not read it since its gone fast and it continues loading. It is loaded eventually after 5 minutes as your experience, seems that the issue is not on our end but on the site. Once I logged in, I opened a new tab and re accessed the site, surprisingly it is loaded faster (less than a minute).

The site's overall design is good and responsive on desktop and mobile. But some games are slow to load. Though all games are so attractive and I think everyone should be interested to play. And couldn't explore all the games because it shows me that the game is not available in my region. And this region problem also shows in live casinos. Login to your website was a bit difficult for me and I was when I was trying to access it.
It looks like cloudfare and your site was having a little bit complicating issues that needed to be resolved appropriately.
Everything is working now and the interface and functionality is working fine and my registration was a success.

There casino is one of the ones I like there internal design because it looks simple but very professional and attractive to be used, however I witnessed some similar things I saw from a casino I tried using there sports to gamble because it wasn't slow but was fast for the page to load but were the problem was is the display of the sport so I waited for it to come up and it didn't but after I left the page and come back again that was when it came up, there sports is good but just the first click and fast display is what they should sort out but as for some games on the casino they loaded as it was supposed to.

I experienced same today when I tried to login, I even refreshed over and over and even connected to another WiFi to be sure its not a network issues but same not until I figured out that the issue was cause of global network outage experienced by cloudfare today which affect lots of sites including social media platforms and other entertainment sites.

I guess the only difference I noticed so far is the high rakeback at 20%, and besides that, it has rankings like vanguard, explorer, pioneer, and others in the VIP ranking.

That was the cloudflare downtime,  is a general problem with platforms using cloudflare,  even this forum, Twitter and all the major platforms was down with cloudflare but everything seems ok now.

But for now, the key difference is only that we can move faster. When people report things we actually have time to look into it and work on it and not have it get buried behind layers of support. You re welcome. There are some things to work on the casino. The UI is not attractive since it is only one image showing there. And also make the live chat more active for discussion. The menus of the site is not well arranged. The different games should be displayed on the  home page not when login but when visitors checking the site, they should see the games and that would make them to sign up.
And let the deposit and withdrawal should be faster. And lastly many are complaining the slowing level of some games. When games slow, gamblers loss money and that would frustrate gamblers. If those things are good in the site then all is good to go. I wish you to create a reputation here and others places.

Why don't you people have responsible gambling tools such as self-exclusion on your platform? It's a pretty much standard lately for every casino to have this to help users who are having gambling addiction. Please work on this as soon as possible before there is a mess in the near future.

Same here did not experience any problems with accessing the Cybet casino site, everything went smoothly.

Same here, I didn't experience any problems when accessing the site, it was all smooth and the loading was also fast. Maybe the problem is with the network you use? or was there a brief interruption from their servers? don't know what's for sure, but there are currently no connection issues to their site.
