There is a clear connection between members you mentioned, they are both from Philippines and they write in very similar boards.
I guess sending merits could be forgiven, but participating in the same signature campaign is cheating and probably deserves negative feedback on both profiles.
There are probably more accounts connected with them.

+1 to the OP...

yeah all of them are came from same local board. And cheating on forum since 2017, very long term cheater, lol...

If someone is proven to be a cheater on one forum, will they also be considered a cheater on another forum?

As far as I know, although botcointalk accounts can be teleported to other forums, feedbacks don't seem to be teleported.

I could see TravelMug is also active on altcointalk and working with julerz12 in Coinomize biz campaign

There are probably more accounts connected with them.

Maybe, but the thing is, whether he has more account or not, there is no doubt that he will create more new account and do the same thing again.

It is your kind heart, Forgiveness is a noble virtue.
He has already received his due punishment. I also hope he will reform himself from now on, instead of giving himself merit.

I'll never understand why some folks would rather choose the inconvenience, risk and stress of hiding to cheat, instead of just join two different camps without any multi-accounting/ cheating case tied to it. I better be less worried about them as it takes nothing to create another shit profile, post stuff just like every other garbage poster and join a campaign again in a Jiffy.

Meanwhile, this was a nice catch. They blended in so well you wouldn't even notice from a distance, until an investigation is made.

Greed is a form of disorder, and such cheats never get satisfied. They will always keep cheating until they are caught. I think at one point I remember busting a couple of farms of high ranking accounts that were cheating. One of the farms was close to 100 accounts, and probably beyond!

Even was amazed by how determined the cheat(s) was(were) to earn sats here and there.

The plot thickens.  :o

This looks like a crypto-exchange's deposit address. Given that most crypto-exchanges require KYC and a valid ID, and you can only generate one deposit address at a time, I guess he was stuck to that sole account for converting his BTC to fiat via the P2P feature (like in Binance).
I could see TravelMug is also active on altcointalk and working with julerz12 in Coinomize biz campaign
Yep. I've asked the admin on ATT as well to confirm the connection between bitterguy28 and TravelMug, since they are both active on that forum, their IP logs should somehow overlap (still waiting for the response, though).

Some of these cheats are given a long rope to be able to change their ways but when greed is the present factor at play, they don't realize how much trouble they're getting into because to them as long as they have not been caught, they'd regard themselves as smart, after all they've managed to fool people and have gotten away with it but shit hits the fan, they are not vigilant to see it because they have so many accounts and eventually it becomes exhausting to maintain different personalities. Good call Op.

Got a response from the admin of ATT:

difficult to track
very disciplined tactics :

use vpn, tor and tracks ip

however both accounts have same strategy of using an ip for few days then ditching it

i can't find a link between both accounts
but i would say there is a good probability same person

I only do used notepad to put my ip addresses when I go and visit and post this forum and I just started it a week ago (without seeing this thread, or it was just a coincidence as I can't used TOR anymore in this community, so instead I uses VPN now).
I guess these account farmers are evolving, investing in VPNs to bypass IP logs and carefully listing the IP addresses that have been used in a notepad to avoid getting tracked.

That doesn't really help them much, considering that a lot of them think that Bitcoin is anonymous and that they can use one address for multiple accounts. As for this forum, they don't have to be afraid of being discovered that way, but if that were the case, it somehow seems to me that dozens of alt accounts would be discovered, and who knows how many more if other things were compared.

In any case, this month is marked by the discovery of alt accounts, more than 20 if I'm not mistaken?

Another interesting thing I noticed is that both accounts stopped posting in forum on exact same date November 18, and difference was only around 35 minutes.
Again, both accounts are talking about boxing, so this is one more confirmation that accounts are controlled by the same person, but I was really hoping to hear fantasy excuse stories from them :)

So there it is, this fight is going to be a catch weight or at least Joshua will be limited to 245 lbs. Probably he is walking around 280 lbs or more during off season. So that's a lot of weight to shred before this fight.

Definitely, this could be worst for Jaul Paul, even at 245 lbs limit, Joshua has the advantage of being the heavier here and the power. Of course, we love to see Joshua knocking out Jake Paul. That is though if there are no scripts in this fight as this could also be rehearsed and pre written as who is going to win and what method it will be.
I doubt that boxers like Donaire will think it that way. Otherwise, they will not go and push their body on the line and get hurt. For this kind of boxers, they still think that they have something inside of him.

Maybe similar to the mindset of Manny Pacquiao. We can only hope that Donaire might still have something in him that can turn himself into a prime version. Nevertheless, if he didn't show up and his body has really show the signs of him old already, then this might be his last professional fight.

The accounts that have been discovered in this particular farm always never come to dispute any claims. Once they are accused, they ignore the post and when they get tagged, they just stop posting. If you remember when Baofeng and some other accounts were tagged, the did exactly the same thing. Something which makes most members believe that there could be more accounts waiting to be discovered.
