You can not have a previous loan because no one will be ready to give you any loan on this forum, it is better you go elsewhere to get the loan, somewhere that you are qualified to get the loan.

Try and build your reputation and merit on the forum so that you will be able to get a loan next time you applied, but if your account remain like this, do not bother to apply for loan on this forum, else your account might be tagged.
