IDK if its possible for US to pay off there debt in 10-25 years, and it seems that USD will just keep getting inflated. But like payment systems wise, I hope that we can get rid of physical cash, and like using a gestured base system, such as with a NFC ring or some sorts, maybe eye scanning to confirm? Hopefully payment systems has convenient biometric security, as that seems to be the way to go.

Google glasses already seem awesome , I could imagine them scanning your eye , converting that into a specific code and sending it into the machine. I'm sure some form of digital currency will be prevelant within our lifetime. Mobile payments with some sort of bio security features I'm sure will come sooner. I am very afraid of that there will be only virtual currency in the future. It will be bad thing, imagine ONE big power surge, hackers attack, some sort of accident, corruption and BAM! You are nothing without power, you can't buy anything, you are basically nothing without without technology... This is really something that could happen, think about it.

Why could that not happen with our current system? Corruption really can't do anything to a decentralised network. There'll always be alternative means of power as well.
