I have only found a few that are open to Jr. Members, and those ones don't seem legit.. Does anyone want to rent my signature space? I don't want to start an auction or anything, but I do want to know if anyone is willing to do it since I am only a Jr. Member.

Don't enter a campaign for now , enter the Ritz campaign (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=499007.0) after you get to member status , as it is the best rate for a reasonably trusted owner. You can just wait for 10more days and then you'll have access to many campaigns out there.
