Title: Bitstamp unverified my verified account Post by: MrAgmoore on April 04, 2014, 09:25:08 PM So after jumping through hoops for Bitstamp; informing them that I've never owned a Driver's license; my passport is expired ( I scanned and showed them my British passport ) and informed them that a Canadian Citizenship card is government issued identification ( I'm British-Canadian. Canadian citizenship cards don't have an expiry date - deal with it and why would they? Try and use some common sense. ) , Bitstamp verified my account. That was over 2 months ago.
Now, spontaneously, Bitstamp decided to unverify my verified account ( that's after investing a large amount of money, which has pending transactions ( a sell order ) ). So now my funds and bitcoins are in limbo. Nice video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egv_BDCiR-E Can somebody tell these unprofessional, mentally challenged idiots, that a citizenship card is Government issued, valid ID: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/proof.asp https://www.google.ca/search?q=canadian+citizenship+card&espv=210&es_sm=93&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=cSQ_U8nwPOiK2wWp3YDIBw&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAQ&biw=1920&bih=1099 Title: Re: Bitstamp unverified my verified account Post by: MrAgmoore on April 07, 2014, 07:41:34 PM Bitstamp re-verified my verified-unverified account.
