bans the ip easily I had the same problem even I just restart your modem so it changes the ip if you have a line with static ip you stick although I do not understand why I used a site proxy online before understand the problem and would most likely be one of the first to ban ip instead and no why my line and proxy site no???? During that time, I checked with "isitdownrightnow" and found that bitcointalk is up and running, it is just me. But it is all smooth today.
