Title: I have litecoin.dat file with private key. How can I get this into Litecoin QT? Post by: Freedom Capital on April 05, 2014, 07:54:12 PM Hello everyone, I am starting to save my Litecoins offline with private keys. Trying this out I succeeded to create the needed .dat file with the private key and it's secured with strong password. Although I removed the .dat file from the PC (PC 1), the balance of my wallet still shows the initial balance. And when I copy the .dat file to another PC (PC 2) with Litecoin QT installed, I am not sure how to get the file into QT so that it shows the balance here on PC 2. So far I can only see the last transaction on the right hand side. But the expected balance is not showing up, this stays at 0.00 LTC Title: Re: I have litecoin.dat file with private key.
