Superman vs spiderman in an epic mega fight where metropolis is leveled to the ground.

Who do you think will win and how?

Personally i think superman will win because he can use laser eye to cut through Spidey webs and get to him eventually to land a super punch and finish him.

Spiderman has advantage of low morals, so he can take Lois lane as hostage (he can also rape her) and use it against superman

Batman.

Batman is a wuss he also suffers from lower back pain

Its common sense that Superman couldnt lose unless Spidey had Kyptonite Web.

Superman would win easily. He's extremely faster than Spiderman's ability to react with his Spider sense, even when using his full powers and kung fu abilities. Superman would instantly deal a massive one punch knockout.

I'm a big superman fan but I think spiderman is more than capable to annihilate superman

Spiderman possess superior dexterity and intelligence which he can use to his advantage.

It depends on the writer. If he wants spiderman to win he will find a way to make spiderman win.  :)

Superman. Why even bother fighting against a guy immune to everything but kryptonite plus he can fly and shoot bloody lasers. Spidey sense be damned, Superman could just fly over and steal a nuke and detonate. End of story.

A man with enhanced spider abilities versus a man who defies gravity, is really strong and endurant. Nope, no idea who would win. :P

Defying gravity isn't his only skills, he's got lasers and shit, but doesn't Spidey defy gravity too?

Not really, he just uses his extremely strong web to stick to various objects.

Comicbook writers have to dumb down superman because otherwise he could win 99,9% of all fights :P

This would be stupid - can't use tools in such fight.

Superman might bring a machine gun and just turn spidey into swiss chese, or burn him with a flamethrower :D

besides he has spidey sense, superman however does not, he's more agile and could easily avoid being hit by superman

If superman just grabs spidey - he's dead. Superman is far stronger, and could just break his neck with 1 hand or burn him with his eyes, or just fly to space to suffocate him. What can spidey do?

he can't fly to space with him because spidey can grab building with his web therefore maintaining his positions on earth

he can't just break his neck with 1 hand because spiderman has the spider sense and therefore would know superman is attacking him and could dodge the attack and place a new counter attack on superman

superman is stronger but spiderman is faster and more agile

strenght means shit, just as in real world, it takes only a small portion in a fight

besides spiderman can just get superman tangled inside his web and kick his sorry ass..

This already happened in a comic book:

Superman mistakenly blames Spider-Man for the disappearance of the two women. The two begin to fight, but dodge each others' punch. Superman flies away at super-speed, evading Spider-Man's next attack, while trying to deduce what is happening. Luthor fires a gun at Spider-Man, irradiating the hero's costume with light similar to that emitted by a red sun. When Superman flies close to Spider-Man, the red-sun radiation erases most of Superman's powers, including his invulnerability, unbeknownst to either hero. This allows Spider-Man's punches to hurt Superman until the radiation dissipates, and Superman's powers return. Realizing his opponent's much greater strength, Spider-Man surrenders. Realizing they have both been deceived, they agree amicably join forces to solve the mystery and rescue the women.

Even spider man admitted he would get beat by superman when he has his powers...
