please advice, Raspberry Pi Model B 512MB RAM have 2 port USB 2.0.
so how many USB asic run by use this raspberry pi?
any configuration for this?

A lot!  I don't know the exact limit but I know people have used RPi to control fully loaded 49 port hubs.

I think the pi supports 255 units or each USB PORT supports 255 units. Just make sure you use a powered hub.

I think Pi itself can't help to earn something but the miners connected to it can.  ;)
