Well, at QRustom (https://qrustom.com) you can create custom QR codes (https://qrustom.com) with alternate colors, gradients, and patterns; you can even upload graphics to overlay onto your custom QR code. QRustom supports most standard QR code data formats, including plaintext, URL, vCal, and vCard.
