I'd rather keep a damaged wallet , until I can find a trusted person who can recovering it , rather than giving it to a newbie with only one post who would be likely to just steal it. Before anyone uses this , just consider that the OP has ONE post only. Correct, an unencrypted wallet has all the private keys in the necessary format to allow them complete control over your coins - meaning that someone untrutworthy can easily steal them. NEVER send anyone a cleared ersion of your wallet - I would even be hesitant of sending an encrypted version I it doesn't have sufficient length and entropy.
