Wat? Being healthy or slim doesn’t mean you'll make it into your 70s. Lots of fit and healthy people die of cancer too, though you're less likely to develop it or beat it the more fit you are. I think there should be better education on the importance of a healthy diet and exercise, but people are free to do and eat what they want. I'm pretty slim but I like sugar and fats in my food occasionally and it annoys me when they take them out and replace them with horrible artificial sweetners or other shit because it's a 'healthy' choice. |
