Post by: Steve on January 18, 2012, 08:08:55 PM On Mac OSX, I made it such that when I type the sequence "$" "B" that it creates the ฿ currency symbol. You can do that in System Preferences > Language & Text > Text. Once you've created the substitution, you may need to enable it in apps that don't have it turned on by default (i.e. Safari…you can often find the option to enable it under Edit > Substitutions > Text Replacement).
