All good, bter.com:443 seems not affected! bitstamp.net:443 IS VULNERABLE btcchina.com:443 IS VULNERABLE okcoin.com:443 IS VULNERABLE cryptsy.com:443 IS VULNERABLE The test site did error with a couple of sites, namely huobi.com and campbx.com A bit more detail lifted from the article for the lazy : Quote Exploiting Heartbleed, an attacker could access the RAM of affected systems, allowing them to see up to 64 kilobytes of data at a time enough to build up enough knowledge to access a systems secret keys. Anyway:Hazek has addressed Bitstamps vunerability in the Bistamp thread. In summary he says that the reason they come up as vunerable is most likely due to their anti DDoS provider as they have patched their back end. If you see their posting frequency is going up and they are using a lot of different sources with a complete different view of the situation, then you have to sell or wait untill the shit is over.
