1. It is a closed off circle. No tilt like in logo 1 and nothing weird like with logo 4. 2. IMO, the font without the serifs looks better (as opposed to with logo 2). 3. The colors are solid. No gradients distracting the general coin. 4. The logo keeps it nice and simple. You'll be able to tell what it is from far away and distinguish it easily (the colors help even more with this).
