Title: 4 Gallon Water filter Berkey filter elements Post by: heavyb on December 31, 2011, 06:45:26 PM I am looking to trade 4 gallon water filters that utilize the Berkey Filter Elements, but are SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the Berkey systems. Rather than using the mirrored chrome buckets to contain the water, I am utilizing food grade plastic buckets to save on cost. These are excellent for any preppers looking to get a high quality water purifier for a fraction of the price of the Berkey Water Filters. I clean the buckets with soap and bleach to ensure the buckets are clean of any bacteria. You can only last 2 days without water, and purifying water should be a #1 priority if you prepare for natural disasters or any SHTF scenarios. I am looking to sell them for about $150 cash, or am willing to trade them for BTC. Send me a PM if you are interested.
