Title: Requesting 250 btc loan
Post by: quartz92 on January 01, 2012, 07:20:39 AM
Hi guys,
I'm looking for a 250 btc loan and will take small payments. I'm willing to pay 20% interest over 6 weeks if I get loaned the full amount by 1/3, or 15% for any loan amount. I have reputable ebay feedback, please feel free to message me for more details.
Thanks, and happy new years!
Payment address: 17GqF7mK4v5WrUqsNtvRqcuq9w9sHwWUnk

Agreed.
You show eBay credentials. Wich are one of the most commonly used peices of "verification" When someone gets scammed. Usually Because they dont go "send me a msg from that ebay account"
You have Low posts.
Your asking for a large amount with a Massive amount of intrest.

Your asking for Roughly $1315 With a repay of $1643.

Seems like an oftly expensive loan for someone with such small forum footprint

That user is selling me a PSU, and he sent me a ebay message from his ebay account(so confirmed his eBay ID). Well, if it ships(and I open the package and it isn't full of dirty diapers) I can tell you he's not a scammer

"Trust him !!!" says the man with 23 post  :D

He had contacted me too for buying btc.
He wanted me to go first, which I refused, since I have higher post count and good WOT.

Quartz92 is a suspected scammer (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=55087.0). He was trying to do a double before any figured it out.

He's trying to amass as much money as he can before he checks out.

Watch out, lads.

I would entertain such a loan. Now let's talk collateral and identity verification. Can I have your drivers licenses number? and where would you like to meet my representative in person? How about your place?

He sold me an iPad for 39 BTC, 5 days ago. He doesn't reply anymore, ran with my money.

I verified his ebay account, but that doesn't guaranteed anything...

I saw someone saying that ebay ratings could be bought.... can't always trust ebay ratings.
Probably that or a hacked ebay.

yeah they can.

Alot of the .01 free shiping items are just for that. Most of the time its done by a chinese reshiper who uses the feedback on the millions of small items to boost their rank. I have gotten a few items off ebay with notes insides that say "Please leave only 5 star feedback as....blah blah". I just dont bother then.

I'll use escrow services from now on. btcrow or thrucoin until escrow is built-in in the client.

There's also #bitcoin-escrow for the #bitcoin-otc users.  The fees there are negotiable and pretty reasonable.
