If you look at last month, we were trading at $3-$3.25 for 2 weeks and then at $4-$4.25 for nearly another 2 weeks. Now we just got another $1 spike upward. If the trend repeats itself, I could easily see Bitcoin trading in the $5.xx range for at least a week.
