The IPO consists of the 3% premine being offered to initial investors. The total amount of BTC received will be divided and distributed to investors 24-48hrs after launch.

1.Send AUS to merchants deposit address.
2.Merchant goes to the exchange and sell AUS and gets AUD?

I participated in the IPO and am quite happy. No one else who participated has publicly complained, as far as I know. Which makes one happy customer and no unhappy ones, as far as we know.
They have not done anything wrong, as far as we can see, and you continue to provide no evidence they have.

If you have some evidence then you should say what the evidence is.

This looks extremely dubious. Any time a developer doesn't answer very easily answered questions, it's time to avoid the coin.

I have not seen the developer avoid anything...but feel free to provide some evidence if you wish.

The IPO went ok from my perspective. I put a small amount in and got the majority of it back. And I have a truckload of coins. :) It's like buying a very cheap out of the money call option.  :)
