Title: Bitstamp warning DO NOT DEPOSIT - they delay crediting funds on purpose Post by: angelamerkel on April 10, 2014, 11:33:55 PM I deposited a big amount of money on Bitstamp on April 1st. When they received it they also came with these stupid 6 KYC questions and it always took them 2 days to respond when something was missing or unclear. Now they wrote me 2 days ago that i have passed the KYC program. I wrote them several messages - without response since then. I still do not have the money in my account.
A company that acts that way is highly suspicious. This delay really cost me a lot (not only fiat inflation) as i really need the funds and they act like they don't give a shit. DO NOT DEPOSIT. USE KRAKEN instead!! They still have not credited my deposit to my account. They wrote me that i should be patient and that they will process it soon. WTF? Why not now?
