Title: Digital goods sold on ebay - I Won! Post by: jollyriffic on April 10, 2014, 11:49:42 PM So this isn't really crypto related but figured i would post about me slapping ebay in the face while selling digital goods.
when titanfall was giving out beta keys, they sent me 3 keys, i sold one for 9.99 usd. at the time they said "zero fees". recently they charged me $1 and didnt really say why but that it was owed. once it hit my paypal account i disputed the charge with paypal and ebay gave back the $1. granted its a small win, but with all the bs ebay does with people selling digital goods i feel like a million bucks! also how do they figure they can charge me when they clearly say "Zero Fees" only thing i can figure is they have some hidden 10% fee on selling, i find that pretty excessive!
