Are you seeing adverts after you disabled ad-block? See this screenshot of the page http://faucet.bitcoinzebra.com/img/ss.png - in particular are the AdSense adverts appearing above and to the left/right of the "Feed the zebra and win up to 1000 satoshi every hour!" title text?
If not, then you must still have something that is blocking adverts :)

maybe it's from your dynamic IP
someone use your IP to claim from zebra, you use that IP and system detected it
just disconnect your internet connection and connect again to get different IP
if you use static IP, maybe someone use your BTC address to claim it before ;D

I got same error to stop Ad Block while I have not even installed it. I just noticed that a skyscraper banner was not able to load which leads to this URL http://goo.gl/jeHhUz .Maybe its causing it.

Ok, if you are only seeing the adbit.co advert then it sounds like you are blocking the Google Adsense adverts, they are much more prominent!
If you are still having the problem then please send me a screenshot to enquiries@bitcoinzebra.com and I will confirm that this is the case - if it is then you will need to do some checks to see what else you have running that might be blocking adverts, sorry!

Ok, I've found a possible issue where if you click the 'Feed the zebra' button very quickly before the ads even had chance to load then it could mistakenly think you have some sort of ad-block in place.
I've fixed this now, so please let me know if you hit the problem again - or better still, please email a screenshot of the top half of the page (showing the top adverts and the error message) to enquiries@bitcoinzebra.com, along with your browser/version then I can try to investigate it further.
Sorry for the inconvenience - but I do really appreciate you guys reporting the problems so that I can fix them :)

Site keeps going down with an uninformative error message. Any news on this?

Also, when this happens, the page redirects to an error page, forcing the user to fix the url before trying again. Needless to say, that's annoying.

Is the multiplier fair, i.e. is the chance of 1 die 1/6, 2 dice 1/6^2, etc.? If so, according to this stackexchange question (https://math.stackexchange.com/questions/839115/what-is-the-best-strategy-for-this-dice-game), the best overall strategy is to always pick one die, since the maximum expected return over time (E) is highest when the number of dice (n) is 1:

• n = 1, 2x;       E = (2−1)/6          = .167
• n = 2, 5x;       E = (5−1)/6^2      = .111
• n = 3, 30x;     E = (30−1)/6^3    = .134
• n = 4, 200x;   E = (200−1)/6^4   = .154
• n = 5, 1000x; E = (1000−1)/6^5 = .128

Yes, the dice roll is fair - not "provably fair" but I can assure you that it is based on a simple server-side PRNG that generates an equally likely value between 1 and 6 for each dice.
So your calculations look good to me, and yes if you are playing the best long term strategy then rolling 1 die each time would be optimal. Don't forget though that the multiplier is completely zero risk (you can't lose your faucet payout that the multiplication is based on, even if the dice don't come up) so for some people they will prefer to go for the big potential wins of rolling more dice. In that case you can think of it almost like a free lottery ticket.

But lets not ignore the most exciting point here - someone (dalek?) took the time to ask a question about the zebra multiplier on Mathematics Stack Exchange. You've made my day! :)

There were a few issues with the Xapo payment option over the last 24 hours but these are now resolved. The faucet was showing an error message when a faucet claim was made via a Xapo email address, however the payments were still actually going through to the Xapo account. I have run checks and confirmed that no-one has missed out on any payouts because of this - in fact some people got lucky and received duplicate payouts during this period!

It looks like the chances of willing 100, 200, 300, 400 or 1000 Satoshis are no longer equal.
Since yesterday I've been getting 100 round by round. Only once won 400, all other times less than that and never 1000.

The chances for each win amount haven't been equal for a long time - maybe about 6 months. You can see the current average payout on the faucet page - at this exact moment it is showing "average is currently 346 satoshi". This average automatically adjusts based on the BTC v USD rate and the revenue the site is generating - so goes up and down all the time. If it is higher then there is more chance of getting 1000's - and vice versa.

It sounds like you have just had an unlucky run recently - if you want to let me know your bitcoin address (or email address if you use Xapo) then I can lookup up your recent claims in the database and check that you are getting somewhere near this average - either reply here or send me a PM/email if you prefer (enquiries@bitcoinzebra.com)

Just letting you know that you have a rogue advertiser who is redirecting the faucet to another page which appears to be asking a user to install some kind of malware.

UPDATE: There is one advert trying to install a HD Video driver, and another to install a password protector.

I suspect that this will be causing less people to be using your faucet - if you see a loss in revenue over the weekend - this will likely be the reason.
