I've been playing computer games since 30 years - and I'd happily break both arms of any cheater in online games. They're a pest destroying otherwise potentially great games and ruin other players experience - all for nothing but their uber-lame, childish and cheap false sense of accomplishment. ...then, with their arms crushed and forced to play with their feet - I'd allow them some degree of advantage to make up for their handicap.
