The condition is excellent , like new except one scratch on the back. Besides that, with the new accessories it appears near new. I have already cleaned off the bit of lint on the edge and button shown in pics. I will ship with tracking number within one business day.

Some would call it pretty minor though. It is hard to see in pictures as you can see it is not visible in the other back pictures. The scratch is more visible in bright sunlight if you are looking at the back of the phone.
